Relaxing over a cool drink or enjoying a bite to eat you can soak up the sun and take in the fantastic views of the protected green countryside and sea.
The small balcony off the master bedroom has a small bistro table with chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or orange juice.
The complex offers security for families with young children as each apartment block can only be accessed by the guests of that block and is controlled by key pad and video entry. Secure underground car parking is provided with direct lift access to your apartment.

Conditions
A booking deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with balance monies for any accidental damage.
Payment can be made in UK pounds or Euros and paid either by bank transfer, cheque, Paypal. This apartment can be booked separately or together with another beautiful 1 bedroom apartment for larger parties which the Owner has on the same floor.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve has long been a favoured destination for holidays.

The Albufeira / Corcovada area
Albufeira is regarded as the tourist capital of the Algarve offering good cuisine, shopping,, local markets, night-life and relaxation
The town itself offers an interesting contrast with its two distinct areas known as The Old Town with Marina, cobbled streets and newly refurbished square, and the well known 'Strip' with its many shops, restaurants, bars, bull ring and vibrant night-life.
With over 3,000 hours of sunshine you can enjoy the many glorious long sandy beaches in Albufeira. These golden shores with dramatic cliffs and rock formations make this area a wonderful destination both in summer and winter.
Some of best and most beautiful beaches in the entire world are to be found here, many have been awarded prestigious Blue Flags for their cleanliness.
The nearest beach to the apartment is Santa Eulalia (approx 1km). It is a short walk away, or you can use the bus which stops immediately outside the apartment complex.
GOLF
The Algarve has many pristine golf courses where you can play all year round.
There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away at Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes). Some of the other top golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15 minutes drive away.
TRAVEL
Faro is the nearest airport approx 35m away / 30-35 minutes drive. Car hire is available at the airport. Airport pick ups can be arranged, if requested. Taxis are also available at the airport. As the apartment is centrally located to many of the local attractions, car hire is not essential. If, however, you want to explore the Algarve further,car hire is available at very reasonable rates. The local bus service is very efficient and reliable if you do not wish to drive.

Excellent location within Albufeira close to the Globe roundabout with easy access to the Algarve's towns, villages, beaches, attractions and world class golf courses.
"The Strip", bull ring - 5/10 minute walk.
Beach -15 minute walk.
Nearest local golf course - 10 minute drive.

Algarve Shopping Centre with shops, restaurants cinemas, bowling - 15 minute drive.

Arrived in May 2012 with partner and 2 teenagers..Had a wonderful week in this fabulous apartment and at surrounding restaurants, nearby beach and Old Town..Complex is lovely, quiet and family orientated..This is our thrid time to Corcovada and we will be booking again next year... ;-) |
