Home description

These new adjoining ground floor apartments are located in the peaceful and family friendly Quinta dos Brejos condoninium Bela Vista area of Albuferira. The apartments are ideally positioned between the old town and the Strip and within walking distance of a number of beaches. They are also a perfect base to enjoy some of the best golf courses in Europe.

Each apartment can be booked separately (the studio sleeps 2 and the 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 4) or together for larger groups. Please see rates for different group sizes.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve in Portugal is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, catering for every taste. Although most people visit during the summer, it is also popular during the winter season because of its mild climate. If you play golf then the Algarve has some of the world's most famous golf courses.

One of the Algarve’s greatest assets, unlike most other resorts, is the abundance of beautiful, clean, sandy beaches. Whether you prefer long sandy stretches with ample facilities or tiny isolated coves, you certainly will not be disappointed.

Visitors get more for their money in the Algarve as the holiday Euro goes further in Portugal than in a lot of other Eurozone countries and a drink or meal out, for example, will cost nearly half as much as it would in Spain.


Albufeira / Quinta Dos Brejos area

As a result of the tide of tourism this once upon a time fishing village has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort and now has over 12,000 permanent residents. The centre of the town changes its character after the sunsets. A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up with the tourist until they overspill into the narrow streets.

There is a wide variety of great beaches, which run both to the east and west from the town. Praia de Balaia, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, Olhos d'Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa, and Praia de São Rafael, are the main ones.

There is a small museum of 15th and 17th century Ming ceramics and a Municipal art gallery that holds regular exhibitions during the year. A further addition to the town is a new Virtual Arqueológico Museum. A new Marina has been completed on the west side of the town and offers a different and colourful aspect.

Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.
Airport transfers can be arranged if required. Please enquire.

If driving from Faro Airport. Take the N125 westbound. Turn off at the exit signed to Alubfeira. Pass Vale Paraiso on the left. Pass Club Albufeira on the right and go under a footbridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit left and carry on straight ahead up the hill. At roundabout take the 2nd exit straight ahead and signed to Montechoro. Pass the new bus station on the left. At the T-junction turn left (signed to Montechoro). In just under 1km turn left into Quinta dos Brejos Village (white walls with yellow stripes). Parking is under the green shade covers behind Block RE2.

These 2 adjoining apartments (studio and large apartment) are new apartments that sleep up to 6 people (studio sleeps 2 and larger apartment sleeps 4) with fully tiled fitted kitchens and appliances (gas cooker, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, pots, pans and crockery, cutlery and glasses), fully tiled bathrooms (including shower), sofa beds, single beds (that can be converted to double beds), wardrobes, dining and lounge furniture, tvs, dvd players (with divx capabilities), internet access and bed linen, blankets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required on confrmation of your booking to secure the booking.

A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is also required, which will be refunded in full within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
