This penthouse has more than ample space and provides you with everything you could desire for a wonderful holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities for dining 'at home' with family and friends. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, one en-suite, a shower room and separate wc. The bedrooms and lounge/dining area have patio doors leading out on to large balcony (50 sq.m). This large balcony which overlooks the main swimming pool and separate childerns pool will accommodate dining for ten people. Parking is available but a car is not necessary. As this penthouse is in the centre block it is away from all road noise and nearest to the biggest swimming pool on the complex. The penthouse has keypad/video entry making it very secure.
Ideal for families, friends, couples seeking relaxation and somewhere special for their holidays. The complex also has a children's play area and pitch and putt located next to the Clubhouse, perfect for keeping them entertained whilst you enjoy a drink and soak up some Algarve sunshine on the terrace.

The large 50 sq.m terrace has 2 dining tables, one with 4 chairs and one with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers overlooking the large shared swimming pool and childern's pool. Beautifully landscaped grounds with on site cafe, children's play area and crazy golf. An underground garage provides parking for 3 cars.

A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required on booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payment by bank transfer or cheque. £250.00 breakage deposit required (refundable within 2 weeks of departure). The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region


The Algarve offers 160 km of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear waters, rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes. The South of Portugal was the last place to gain independence from the Moors in 1292, conquered by the King Dom Afonso III and even today traces of the Moorish presence are visible in the unique terraces, chimneys and whitewashed villas.
Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries. This brightly coloured and verdant region is filled with orange groves, almond trees in blossom, carob trees and fragrant pines as well as some cork farms which are still in operation today. For the sports enthusiasts, the Algarve has ideal conditions and top class facilities; the golf courses are superb and have a highly prized reputation.
Watersports are second to none with the West coast offering the best surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions. Above all, the Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches! Whatever your preference, you will find your personal paradise in the Algarve
The Albufeira / Corcovada area
This area offers great holiday opportunities throughout the year with golf courses, water sports, shopping, beaches and a huge variety of restaurants.
Areias Sao Joao, offers many shops, bars, restaurants and clubs, many of which are situated on 'The Strip' which runs from Montechoro to the beach at Praia da Oura. For many visitors the golden sandy beaches and the vibrant nightlife offered here provide the perfect holiday ingredients. There is a fantastic beach, Praia dos Aveiros, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The nearest golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the Santa Eulalia area of Albufeira.
Zoo Marine is based in Guia a short car/bus ride. Zoo Marine features dolphin and tropical bird shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens.
Old town Albufeira is about 1km away. There is a mixture of the historic and traditional flavour of the Algarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town squares, plus a superb variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
The beach at Praia d’Oura offers a wide variety of watersports, including windsurfing, water-skiing, parascending, jet skis and the always popular, banana boat rides, whilst scuba diving can be found in the next cove along. Many boat trips depart from Praia d’Oura - a great way to explore the hidden grottoes of the stunning Algarve coastline - and there are plenty of fishing trips available. There are many smaller quieter coves to be found around Praia d’Oura, and Albufeira can be reached on foot along the coast.
There are lovely clifftop coast paths and good bus connections along the Algarve coast in both directions. Children and teenagers on holiday in Albufeira will enjoy the Zoo Marine centre at Guia, as well as the English-language cinema, bowling, the water park 'Slide and Splash' in Lagoa is a fun day out for all the family with a separate area for very young children to enjoy.

This apartment was by far the best we have ever stayed in. It was so much bigger than we thought and the views overlooking the pool and area were excellent. The Corcovada complex is in a great location as it is close to all the shops and restaurants. We found we were very safe there as the complex has video entry into the apartment block and into the swimming pool. We all had a fantastic holdiay. We were a party of 2 adults and 6 children ranging from 4 up to 16 years and all had something to do there. We were also very grateful for the taxi service provided as it took all the stress out of getting to our location. Thumbs up from all of us!! |
