Home description

The apartment is air conditioned throughout. A cot & highchair are provided at no extra charge. Snack bar with pool, playground & mingolf on site only a 2 minute walk away. Other shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Discount in the Bella Vista Hotel - Please see Information folder in the apartment for discount card. Transfers can be arranged through the Wishlist office. Please contact us for further details.

Linen and bath towels are provided but guests are requested to bring own beach towels. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each occupancy. For rental periods of two weeks, the apartment is cleaned mid-term, and linen and towels are changed. The Wishlist on-site office provides extra cleaning services on request at an extra charge.

Outdoor: There is a lift to the 1 floor for access to the apartment. Block 36 and 37 share a pool area consisting of a large pool and a separate children’s pool.

Rental Details: Change over days & times may be flexible and availability is all year.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Corcovada is very centrally situated within Albufeira close to all amenities yet private enough for those wanting total relaxation. A short walk by day to "Santa Eulalia" beach or "Oura" beach, and in the evening to "The Strip" with its lively atmosphere or where you can take the tour bus to the nearby "Old Town" and "Fisherman's Beach" if a chilled out ambience is your preferred.

25% non- refundable deposit on booking, Balance plus Breakage deposit of £100 due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

Breakage deposit of £100 against any damages payable 8 weeks before holiday and refunded within 14 days after apartment inspection.

Price inclusive of all utilities and facilities. Apartment can be kept until 3 hours before departure flight time.

Cancellation. If a cancellation is necessary after paying your deposit or after full payment has been made for the cost of the holiday, the following are the terms of cancellation:

Deposit non refundable(25% of the total Holiday cost)

42 - 29 days = loss of 50%

28 - 22 days = loss of 60%

21 - 14 days = loss of 75%

14 days or less = loss of 100% of holiday

Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure plus £100.00 refundable breakage deposit – The breakage deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure once all is well with the apartment.

Loss of keys will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
