The apartment overlooks the swimming pools (Adults /children's) allowing for easy supervision of children from your own terrace. Rear terrace faces out onto beautiful landscaped garden and pools.
Spacious front terrace 72sqm is fully enclosed with wall / railings.
The complex offers security for families with young children. Each apartment block can only be accessed by the guests of that block and is controlled by key pad and video entry. Electrically operated shutters are on each window throughtout the apartment. Secure underground car parking is provided with direct lift access to your apartment.
Other facilities on site include snack bar, kids play area, crazy golf, shops. Located close to the centre of Albufeira it is only a short walk to the famous "Strip", beach and Old Town. Many of the top golf courses and other local attractions such as Zoomarine, Slide /Splash,Go Karting, and Algarve shopping are only a short drive away which make this a great place for everyone to thoroughly enjoy.

Conditions
A booking deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with balance monies for any accidental damage and returned within 10-14 days on satisfactory inspection.
Payment can be in UK pounds or Euros and paid either by bank transfer, cheque, Paypal. For long / short term rentals please contact owner.

The Algarve has long been a favoured destination for holidays.

You can often see temperatures hit the mid 30's. Thanks to the sea breeze its always a pleasant heat
With over 100 miles of dramatic cliff faces and extensive golden beaches, the Algarve offers a dramatic coastline, and beautiful clear seas to swim, sail surf in or simply watch the boats sailing by.
There is something for everyone, whether you're after a relaxing day, watersports, playing golf or visiting the many tourist attractions including the Monchique mountain or castle at Silves.
The Albufeira / Corcovada area
Some of the world's best and most beautiful beaches are to be found here.
With over 3000 hours of sunshine you can enjoy the many glorious long sandy beaches in Albufeira. These golden shores with dramatic cliffs and rock formations make this area a wonderful destination both in summer and winter. Many of the beaches have been awarded prestigious Blue Flags for their cleanliness.
The nearest beach to the apartments is Santa Eulalia (approx 1km). It is a short walk away, or you can use the local bus which stops immediately outside the apartment complex.
Albufeira is regarded as the tourist capital of the Algarve offering good cuisine, shopping, local markets, night-life and relaxation. The town itself offers an interesting contrast with its two distinct areas known as The Old Town with Marina, cobbled streets and newly refurbished square and the well known 'Strip' with its many shops, restaurants and bars together with the famous bull ring.
GOLF
The Algarve is renowned for its pristine golf courses where you can play throughtout the year.
There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away at Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes). Some of the other top golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15 minutes drive away.The Portguese Masters is hosted annually during October at the Victoria course.
TRAVEL
Faro is the nearest airport approx 35km away / 30-35 minutes drive. Car hire is available at the airport.
Airport pick ups can be arranged by us on your behalf, if requested. Taxis are also available at the airport. As the apartment is centrally located to many of the local attractions, car hire is not essential. If, however, you want to explore the Algarve further car hire is available at very reasonable rates. The local bus service is very efficient and reliable if you do not wish to drive.
DISTANCES
Excellent location within Albufeira close to the Globe roundabout with easy access to the Algarve's towns, villages, beaches, attractions and world class golf courses.
The "Strip" is only - 5 minute walk.
Beach - 10 minute walk.
Vilamoura / Marina / golf courses - 15 minute drive.
Nearest local golf course - 10 minute drive.
Old Town / Marina - 15 minute walk.
Algarve Shopping Centre with shops, restaurants cinemas, bowling - 15 minute drive.
Zoomarine, Slide/Splash, Aqualand - 20 minute drive.
Lisbon - 2 hr drive by new motorway.
All types of holiday activities can be enjoyed including water sports, horse riding, fishing, go karting and hill walking. For those who enjoy sightseeing there are many places of interest including museums in Faro -maritime museum, boats and seafaring displays, while children will love the science museum with its interactive displays, rock pool and flight simulator.
