The apartment is in the area of Vale de Parra, close to Gale and within 5 minutes drive to 7 beautiful beaches. Albufeira is a 10 minute drive away and Vilamoura, with its Marina and golf courses, 20 minutes. The Algarve Shopping complex at Guia with it's large Continente hypermarket. is only 5 minutes drive . Vale de Parra is centrally situated for reaching all the towns and golf courses along the Algarve.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve region is blessed with a wonderful climate, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports in summer, and mild enough in spring, autumn and winter for tennis, golf, clifftop or countryside walking, exploring and sightseeing. Places of interest include the region's capital Faro and its old town, Loule and its market situated in a recently renovated Moorish building, Silves and its red fortress, Caldas de Monchique for its thermal waters, Portimao and its old town and port, Lagos for its vitality and historical interest and Cabo de S. Vicente with its imposing light-house.
Albufeira / Vale de Parra area
Vale de Parra is within a 5 minute drive of 7 beaches: Salgados, Gale, Lourenco, Evaristo, Castello, Coelho and Sao Rafael. All are excellent for families. There are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area, some within walking distance. There is a mini-market directly opposite the complex for your everyday needs, and a larger supermarket a few minutes away. There is also a chemist a few minutes walk away. The holiday town of Albufeira is a 10 minute drive, with its famous Old Town and the Strip with plenty of night-life. Both the Algarve's waterparks are close by, the famous sand-sculpture park is close by at Alcantarilha, and Zoomarine is only 5 minutes away. A bus can be caught to Zoomarine outside the complex in high season. Algarve Shopping with it's shops, cinema, food court and large Continente hypermarket is only 5 minutes drive away at Guia. Several surrounding towns have open-air markets on certain days.
Salgados golf course is only 5 minutes drive and Vilamoura, with its Marina and range of golf courses, is 20 minutes away. Vale de Parra is centrally siutuated for easy access to all the towns and golf courses along the Algarve coast.

Fly to Faro. The airport is an easy 40-45 minute drive along the EN125 or A22.

Further details indoors: The kitchen has a range of quality appliances. There is a small breakfast bar with stools and it is well equippped with all the crockery and utensils you will need. The living/dining room has a large sofa bed to sleep one adult or two children, and an armchair. It has a dining table and chairs to seat six. There is an LCD flatscreen TV and DVD player, and a built in music system which can be used in all rooms. An extensive selection of DVD's to suit all ages is available, as well as books and board games. Patio doors lead on to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has an over bath shower with glass screen and the second bathroom has an enclosed shower cubicle.
Further details outdoors: The balcony is accessed from the living room and main bedroom and has a patio table and chairs to seat six. The balcony looks out over the area of Vale de Parra with the sea and Armacao de Pera in the distance.
The swimming pools are in a gated area, providing a safe envrionment for children. There are shared garden areas and a purpose built barbecue area.

The apartment is ideally suited to a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Car hire is highly recommended to take advantage of everything that the area can offer. This can be arranged through our managing agents if required.
Conditions
25% non refundable deposit required on booking.
Balance and security deposit of £190 payable 10 weeks before departure. The security deposit will be refunded within 21 days of the end of the holiday subject to any deduction for damages.
Bookings within 10 weeks of the start of the holiday must be paid in full at time of booking.
