About the home

I meant to contact you sooner but I've just been busy. I want to tell you that our stay at The Villa Mor was incredible and wonderful. We didn't expect a villa in Albufeira with so much luxury and comfort (especially the seats in the living room). Another big plus was the barbecue, we almost used it everyday (and of course cleaned it afterwards). To conclude: it was a wonderful holiday with the thanks to your villa, Sonia and of course you. I'll recommend The Villa Mor to some friends and hopefully we will be staying there another time (maybe next year)! spacious villa in a residential area just a five minute walk from the ever popular Albufeira Strip and 8 minutes walk to the Fishermans beach and Old Town. For the golfer, you are only 20 mins drive from the Villamoura Golf Resort.

The villa is ideally located with no need for a car, with great sea views together with jacuzzi and private pool. The king size bedroom has a large en suite and sea view terrace.

The large kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge / freezer, electric oven and microwave. While the large utility room is fitted with a new washing machine. The living room, with its sea view terrace, is fitted with sky digital TV and leather reclining couches. Air conditioning / heating is also fitted in the living room and 4 bedrooms.

Many fine restaurants are within walking distance and a car is not a necessity if you intend staying locally for your stay. If you fancy yourself at pool, table tennis or fussball you will be fully catered for in the games room after which you can relax in the jacuzzi while looking out to the sea while later in the evening you can enjoy a BBQ in the conservatory before strolling to either The Strip or the Old Town

The interior has been entirely furnished and fitted with new leather couches, sky digital and Samsung 32" TV.

The 5 bedrooms are bright and furnished and fitted with air conditioning /heating.
Linen and towels provided and free linen and towel change mid term for guests that book 14 nights.

The villa has an excellent supply of hot water supplied from the Solar Panels.
If you decide to use the BBQs please clean them afterwards

Conditions

25% non refundable deposit and balance 60 days days in advance.

300Euros security to compensate for breakage must be lodged with the villa manager on arrival to be fully returned if everything is left in order.
Please note that wilful behaviour or negligence are not covered by the breakage deposit, but will be charged for fully at local rates of repair.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Central Albufeira is within walking distance to all amenities, from shopping to eating out or spending a day at Fishermans Beach, which is only an 8 minute short walk.

If you fancy experiencing the real atmosphere of your Algarve holiday, you will have to spend some time on The Strip, the buzzing hub of the Algarve. If you are accompanied by teenagers they will find plenty of entertainment into the early hours, before they head off to finish the night on the beach, leaving you to return to the comfortable surroundings of The Villa Mor,before you finish off the night by spoiling yourself in the jacuzzi under the bright Albufeiran skyline.
If you decide to reserve 'The Villa Mor' we can highly recommend some of the best restaurants,which we return to time after time thanks to the quality of the food and service.There is the Chinese 'Jade', the Italian 'Lisa's Pizza', and of course the local 'culinária' at Três Palmeiras or Casa da Fonta.

The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

From The Villa Mor in Central Albufeira you are striking distance of all the attractions of the Algarve.

Tickets are available from many shops for day trips to many activities including, Slide and Splash, Aqualand and Karting in Almancil, while if you prefer a more relaxing day you can avail of many day trips by bus for example Seville, Fatima or the fabulous mountain region of Monchique.

Indeed if you want to spend a day shopping you can avail of the regular daily bus trip to either Faro or Algarve shopping centre. The local beaches have great water activities from jet ski, banana boats and para gliding.

For the keen or not so keen golfer you are spoilt for choice with dozens of the best golf courses within 15 to 45 minutes drive.Albufeira Beach Guide
The Albufeira Coastline stretches along 30 km and is divided into roughly 25 different and beautiful beaches.
Their fine sand is gently touched by the crystal clear and warm ocean water that captivates bathers from all over the World.



Albufeira shores and their natural beauty are rightly famous thanks to the high quality and cleanness of the sea and sand but also due to the excellent accesses and supporting facilities. This is recognized by the highest number of “Blue Flags” given to beaches in one area as well as the number of earned official “Golden Beach Seals” (Quercus).

From little secluded places surrounded by walls of rock to long stretches of sandy beach, you can enjoy them all, whether it be calmly and privately or with plenty of fun and action. Water sports are available on most beaches, whether it be sailing, windsurfing and diving, or even motorized water sports.

The Algarve coast and its gorgeous climate attract visitors all year round, but supporting facilities like umbrella rental, water sports, medical emergencies, beach restaurants and bars run between April and October. It is also during this period that the seashore is properly watched and it’s safe to swim and enjoy it to the fullest.

This was the first time we tried a villa and is certainly something we will be doing again. We found the Villa to be well maintained and in excellent condition. All the rooms were clean, tidy and all very spacious. The location was excellent with easy walking to the supermarket, old town, beach, strip etc.
The pool and games room were everything we had hoped for. I would certainly recommend your villa and would love to return again one day.

Finally the service from both you and Sonia from my initial enquiry to the end of the holiday was first class.

The airport transfer was excellent, and Rosa the cleaner was just fantastic, when she came to make up the beds for the second week she insisted on cleaning the entire villa even though we said that we would do and the Villa was spic and span when she left, so all round I can say We will never stay in an hotel again on holidays... you have ruined us for that Tom!!! hopefully you will look after us in the future.
