It is a spacious villa in a residential area just a five minute walk from the ever popular Albufeira Strip and 8 minutes walk to the Fishermans beach and Old Town. For the golfer, you are only 20 mins drive from the Villamoura Golf Resort.
The villa has great sea views together with jacuzzi and private pool. The king size bedroom has a large en suite and sea view terrace.
The large kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge / freezer, electric oven and microwave. While the large utility room is fitted with a new washing machine. Many fine restaurants are within walking distance and a car is not a necessary if you intend staying locally for your stay. If you fancy yourself at pool, table tennis or fussball you will be fully catered for in the games room after which you can relax in the jacuzzi while looking out to the sea while later in the evening you can enjoy a BBQ in the conservatory before strolling to either The Strip or the Old Town

Central Albufeira is within walking distance to all amenities from shopping to eating out or spending a day at Fishermans beach which is only an 8 minute short walk.
If you fancy experiencing the real atmosphere of your Algarve holiday you will have to spend some time on The Strip where you will not be disappointed while if you are accompanied by teenagers they will certainly find plenty of entertainment into the early hours before they head off to finish the night on the beach leaving you to return to the comfortable surroundings of The Villa Mor.

From The Villa Mor in Central Albufeira you are striking distance of all the attractions of the Algarve.
Tickets are available from many shops for day trips to many activities including, Slide and Splash, Aqualand and Karting in Almancil, while if you prefer a more relaxing day you can avail of many day trips by bus for example Seville, Fatima or the fabulous mountain region of Monchique.
Indeed if you want to spend a day shopping you can avail of the regular daily bus trip to either Faro or Algarve shopping centre. The local beaches have great water activities from jet ski, banana boats and para gliding.
For the keen or not so keen golfer you are spoilt for choice with dozens of the best golf courses within 15 to 45 minutes drive.
