About the home

This beautiful apartment is new for 2008 and is very highly furnished with air con,fully fitted kitchen tv satellite,dvd player.Two bedrooms two bathrooms one en suite and has a sofa bed in the lounge so sleeping 6 people.The balcony off the lounge looks out to sea with sea views and of the old town the apartment is located in a quiet area but only a few minutes away from all the nightlife of the old town.
The apartment offers both the family holiday as its only a short walk to the beach and water sports or the couple romantic holiday staying around the pool or wandering along the beach for those romantic times.There are daily boat trips from the marina which is only a short walk away.The marina also offers a variety of bars cafes and restaurants and a children play area you can also hire bikes or scooters.

This apartment is on an exclusive complex only accessible by the guests and their families and the standard of finishing is very high.
The location is excellent for those of us that want the nightlife but also want peace and quiet of a night time .
The apartment furnishings are of a very high standard all leather sofas and sofa bed you would love a holiday in this very beautiful apartment .
The balcony has seating for 4 people and is great for sitting out at night having the last night cap watching the sea.

All booking require a 30% deposit and the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival shorter bookings require payment bafore arrival.
We require a £200 cash deposit for breakages returned on exit provided no damage.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The algarve boasts over 100 miles of stunning coastline and beautiful golden sandy beaches and they are unpolluted and awarded the blue flag award from europe.All the beaches in the algarve are free to use a small charge may be payable for thr hire of sun lounges and parasols etc.Some of the main beaches have life guards
and one or two restaurants /bars which supply food and drinks.
The larger beaches have water sports on offer if not lay back and enjoy the excellent sea food on offer.The algarve also has strong links with the morrs and romans in its city bulidings and roman ruins dated from the
2 nd century.

The Albufeira / Albufeira Marina area

Albufeira has an array of bars cafes restaurants of all international tastes indian,chinese,british,irish,french,mexican,portugese etc.The old square has live music every night from around the world and street sellers.
The apartment is a 5 minute taxi ride to the new part of albufeira costing about 5 euro or use the free bus with stops dotted all around albufeira.The famous strip has over 300 hundred bars cafes and restaurants to visit.
The zoo marine is a bus ride away(free) with tickets youcan intereact with dolphins for an extra charge or just use the many water slides and rides available.The village of pera has a sand festival every year and artists from all over the world take part designing sculputres of sand somse two storeys tall.Then there the daily boat trips along the coast for fishing cruising or dolphin watching.The marina has power boats to hire for the thrill seeker or the cave boats who show you the hidden part of the coast take where it would be impossible without a boat.Then theres the villages of the algarve just a short drive away that shows you the real portuguese life.
