Set on a complex that has 24 hour reception, swimming pools, restaurants and bars as well as tennis courts. This Studio Apartment is set in a quieter part of the complex but also within easy reach to the centre of where it all happens thus enjoying the sun directly on your veranda or take that short walk to the beach or town. There are 2 sun lounges where you can soak up the sun all day long and in the evening head to the main 'strip'. Here there are ample bars and restaurants to choose from especially dining by Fisherman's Beach where the food is mainly Portuguese - cataplanas, bbq fish and meat and good quality portuguese wine.
You can also organise trips and leisure activities from the reception desk at anytime. These can include boat and fishing trips, cruises, Zoomarine, Go-Karting, Jeep Safari's, Vineyard trips and much more.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Algarve has so much to offer anyone, fine food, culture, history, sporting and music events, coastline exploration and much more. You are garunteed hot sunshine during the summer months until end of September and cooler during winter months. June to August usually range from 26-30 degrees with approximately 8 hours of sunshine.
You have Zoomarina Park, Aqualand, Slide n Splash, and many more activity parks all within 10-20 min drive from your apartment. Don't forget the Algarve Shopping Centre in Guia, again 10 mins by car where there are over 200 shops, boutiques, restaurants, bowling/games area and cinemas and of course the Continente Hypermarket.
Albufeira / Cerro da Piedade area
The Old Town Albufeira is more cultural and has some of the best restaurants and bars the Algarve has to offer. It is pedestrianised thus no vehicles making it a safer environment. The main square offers a variety of night-life such as discos, street artists, souvenir shops and stalls where leather handbags, belts, sunglasses, henna tattoos, pottery, embroidery goods can be bought at reasonable prices. Sometimes there are nightly events on Fisherman's beach from concerts to firework displays.
The Fisherman's beach is a clean and central beach to the Old Town and offers water sports, sun umbrellas and the cafes and restaurants on its edge. This is approx 10 minute walk from the apartment. You can take the local town novelty tourist train ride from the Old Town to the New Town or which is approx 15-20 min walk or a Taxi ride for €5. Then there are more bars, restaurants, nightlife and beaches to avail of.
From here you can travel to the New Town of Albufeira again where there are more clean beaches that offer watersports such as St Eulaila and Praia D'Oura beaches. The nearest golf course being 10 mins by car away or indeed the famous Vilamoura golf courses being 30 mins away by car. Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month there is the Gypsy Markets near the Albufeira Bus Station approx. 20 mins walk or for €5 a taxi will take you there. Other than Albufeira you have the Monchique hills, the highest point in all the Algarve with spectacular views of Praia Da Rocha and the atlantic, Portimao, Sagres where the surf is up! Above all the hours of sunshine almost guarantees that your holiday will be one to remember! This apartment also acts as a suitable base for those who want to venture further to places such as to Spain with Sevilha being 2 hours or Ayamonte 1 hour away by car.

Further details indoors: The apartment has a luxurious king-size leather sofa-bed plus a single leather sofa-bed. The large private veranda has 2 sun loungers, table and chairs and outdoor lighting so eating 'Al Fresco' is a joy when you get that light breeze coming up from the sea in the evenings.

Guests are kindly asked to use the mattress protectors provided on the sofa-beds for sleeping and the throw over blankets to prevent staining from sun lotions, food and drinks, etc. There is also a no smoking policy in the apartment but on the veranda is allowed.
Owners live 3 miles away thus offering a 121 customer service.
Conditions
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received by the owners within a 5 working day period. Each reservation requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Plus a €100 refundable deposit taken for each week which will be refunded prior to your departure should nothing be damaged. This can be paid on your arrival and then returned to you on the day of your departure.
