About the home

This is a really lovely, spacious and well-equipped villa. It has an oval shaped pool and terracing all around the property with a good BBQ, outside the kitchen. Good views from the front of the villa to the Marina and sea.

Lovely and well-situated villa. Very comfortable and spacious. It has a good-sized pool and plenty of areas for entertaining.

There is a fold-up bed for an extra person and cots and highchairs are available for hire at the nearby office.

Further details outdoors:
It is possible to get to water parks, beautiful beaches, restaurants etc by public transport or walking in to Town. A car would be useful if you are wanting to go further afield but not essential.
Excursions are available from the nearby office, many of which will offer transport.

Conditions

Linen and bath towels are supplied.

There is an extra charge of £100 per week for air conditioning (this also heats in the winter months) if requested.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

There are many places of interest and history on the Algarve. Information can be gathered from the nearby office.
Albufeira is a busy fishing Town and the liveliest resort along the coast. Excellent shops and superb selection of bars and restaurants, serving dishes from all over the world. On the East side of Town, the night life is second to none. However, on the West side of Albufeira still remains the old-world charm with narrow streets of white-washed houses leading in to the squares with market stalls and numerous cafes and restaurants. The streets in the Old Town also lead to the spectacular beaches of golden sands interspersed with rock formations. From Albufeira, you are in easy distance of all manner of sporting recreations and entertainment and, of course, fabulous beaches East and West.

The Albufeira / Cerro Grande area

Cerro Grande is an upmarket residential area on the West side of Albufeira, overlooking the Old Town and the new Marina.
It has a well-stocked supermarket, bar and eating places which are well situated at Cerro Grande.
The Town centre and magnificent beaches are in easy walking distance, and other beaches, golf courses and water parks are easily accessible by car or public transport. Also, many of the excursions have their own transport which pick up in various places no more than 5 mins walk from your property.

“Fantastic!!!!” We have just returned from a weeks stay and wish that we had booked for longer. Our Group consisted of 5 adults and 4 children (ages from 10 to 15). The villa is so well equipped that you want for nothing. We loved the fact that all of the rooms lead out onto the pool area. The villa and its grounds are all so spacious that never once did we feel that we were 'on top' of each other. The only downside (if u can call it that) is that the villa is situated on top of a hill and you always need to climb back up the hill to get home after a visit to the shops, bars, old town and beach, those with small children, pushchairs and the unfit or disabled may find this challenging!! We will definately be returning and hopefully it will be in the not too distant future.
