For serious golfers Albuferia offers Salgados an 18 hole links golf course which has natural water obstacles,just a few minutes drive away. Bicycle hire and horse riding are nearby. Golden sand beaches with crystal blue water offer varied water sports and are from 3km distance.Fishermans Beach.Praia da Oura.Praia de Santa Eulália.Praia de São Rafael are a selection of local beaches.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Faro being a 20 minute drive away where low cost airlines Easy Jet, British Airways, BMI, Thompson Ryan air and Aer Lingus have regular year round flights from the UK available all can be booked on line and Lisbon being a 2.5 hour drive away. The nearest ferry service is Santander.Our management company can arrange airport transfers for you where the driver meets you in arrivals at the airport holding a name board and also brings the apartment key.or a hire car to be at the airport for when you land.Although a car is not essential I would recommend it to see the sights and places of interest

Further details outdoors: There are many attractions to see and do like zoo marine,slide and splash water park,aquashow family park and sea cruises.A giro bus service leaving every 30 minutes from a bus stop only metres from the apartment also a recently introduced touristic train that runs every 30 minutes from the marina to old town.A taxi rank also sited on the marina.Restaurants on the marina include italian,portuguese,fish,sushi and seafood.Boat trips,diving parasailing,bbq and sunset cruises,big game cruises are all operated from the marina.Algarve shopping village is 10 minutes away by car for an array of shops,cinema showing english films and bowling.There are sightseeing trips up to the monchique mountains which dominate the backdrop and dictate the desirable climate we enjoy in the algarve.Sun beds and parasols are provided for your own use around the pool which has a shallow end aprox 1.5 metre deep and deep end aprox 3 metre deep,pool side shower and toilet facilities.Swim with the dolphins at nearby zoo marine for a great family day.There are many beach coves to choose from so a wander along the cliff tops will find a pathway to a fabulous stretch of sand,many coves have an on beach bar where you can sip a favourite cocktail while observing a fabulous sunset.

High chairs,travel cots and responsible baby sitting can be provided. A welcome pack on arrival is provided FREE OF CHARGE containing essentials like bread,butter,milk,bottled water,tea, coffee,sugar etc.ideal should you be arriving late in the evening Swimming pool is open all year round. The apartment is all on one level and serviced by two lifts so is suitable for the elderly.
Conditions
The apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 guests ideally 2 adults and 2 children.Sleeping arrangements not suited for any more than 2 adults. No pets permitted No smoking inside the apartment but ok out on balcony. A 30% deposit required to secure booking with balance payable six weeks before the holiday starts. A refundable £150.00 deposit is required with balance to cover any breakages and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned within 14 days from the end of the holiday.

Notes to the rental rates
Rates are quoted for the apartment and not per person. Apartment will be ready for occupancy at 12.00 midday on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.Only those guests registered at time of booking may occupy the apartment.
The price includes cleaning service,water,gas and electricity costs but not air conditioning.
To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit is payable and the final balance required 6 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is payable with the final balance and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days from the last day of your holiday. If the holiday begins within 6 weeks from time of booking full payment is required. Payments by bank transfer and cheque accepted.We also welcome last minute bookings if the apartment is available so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Svend Erik March 2009 We had a relaxing holiday in this well equipped and clean apartment,we enjoyed the good views and watched the life in the marina.Everything has worked perfectly and we got a fine service.Super welcome when we arrived with bread,eggs,milk etc.
Paul April 2008 We booked a stay at the very last moment,not having visited Portugal before.The handling of our booking and key collection was handled perfectly.The apartment well exceeded our expectations in all respects and we enjoyed a relaxing 7 days. The apartment was well equipped and modern,and the outlook over the marina perfect.The marina itself and the area around,is a fusion of different architecture,I would best descibe as Miami meets the Algarve. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches at St Raphael and Galle,and close enough to walk into the centre of Albufeira Old Town.Below the apartment,is a selection of restaurants ranging from pizza to sushi reasonably priced and with friendly service. We would thoroughly recommend a stay to friends and will return when we can.
