This Marina apartment is located FRONT LINE with fantastic unobstructed views of the the new Albufeira Marina and has a definitive wow factor. The spacious living room has sunlight flooding in all day and is fully air conditioned with the latest air conditioning technology.The property has easy access to many excellent restaurants for eating out .The apartment overlooks the large communal pool so children can be supervised from the balcony which is furnished with reclining chairs also table and chairs for romantic alfresco dining.The apartment is very secure with gated access to each block, videophone entrance to apartment and 24 hour 7 days a week on site security also free secure underground parking with lift access to apartment.
The algarve is one of europes top holiday destinations it has a temperate climate and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year so is ideal for sunshine breaks and relaxing holidays even in the winter months many days warm enough to sit out in or sun bathe.All this only a 2 hours and 45 minutes flight away(from london).Algarve beaches are reputed to be the cleanest in europe and most have beach bars and restaurants which serve excellent seafood.Festivals are held througout the summer months, with a music festival in december hosting artists from europe and the uk concluding with a dramatic firework display.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is renowned for its many golf courses within 3km distance. For serious golfers Albuferia offers Salgados 18 hole Golf Course, although the Algarve has 30 top class courses with rates from 50 euros to 135 euros approx. Bicycle hire and horse riding are within the immediate area. Golden sand beaches with crystal blue water offer varied water sports. There are several beaches to choose from and are from 3km distance including Fishermans Beach, Praia da Oura, Praia de Santa Eulália and Praia de São Rafael to name a selection of local beaches.


Albufeira / Albufeira Marina area

Marina Albuferia is situated with direct access to all amenities. There is something for everyone: restaurants tantalise with traditional Portuguese cuisine. Algarve shopping, The Strip and Old Town with restaurants, pubs and bars in abundance Big game fishing and excursions all within easy distance. Taxi and local bus services and touristic train are within yards of the apartment. Airport transfers available on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher,glass topped hob,fan assisted oven,washing machine,fridge freezer,microwave,kettle,toaster,iron and ironing board, table and 4 chairs all crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and picture window overlooking swimming pool.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with a king size double bed,x2sofa beds and for extra comfort we provide 2 single mattresses and all required linen blankets etc.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a flat screen lcd television mounted on the wall which receives several english tv channels a dvd player and cd player with radio.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has bath with overhead shower,wc,bidet,sink and under sink storage cabinet,shaving/hairdryer sockets,marble counter tops,large wall mirror.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has king size bed,fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes,chest of drawers with mirror over,bedside tables with lamps,full length mirror with shoe storage behind,electric blackout blind to window which overlooks the swimming pool.

There are many attractions to see and do like zoo marine,slide and splash water park,aquashow family park and sea cruises.A giro bus service leaving every 30 minutes from a bus stop only metres from the apartment also a recently introduced touristic train that runs every 30 minutes from the marina to old town.A taxi rank also sited on the marina.Restaurants on the marina include italian,portuguese,fish,sushi and seafood.Boat trips,diving parasailing,bbq and sunset cruises,big game cruises are all operated from the marina.Algarve shopping village is 10 minutes away by car for an array of shops,cinema showing english films and bowling.There are sightseeing trips up to the monchique mountains which dominate the backdrop and dictate the desirable climate we enjoy in the algarve.

Swimming pool is open all year round.
The apartment is all on one level and serviced by two lifts so is suitable for the elderly.

A 30% deposit required to secure booking with balance payable six weeks before the holiday starts.
A refundable £150.00 deposit is required with balance to cover any breakages and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned within 14 days from the end of the holiday.

Notes to the rental rates

Rates are quoted for the apartment and not per person. Apartment will be ready for occupancy at 12.00 midday on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.Only those guests registered at time of booking may occupy the apartment.

The price includes cleaning service,water,gas and electricity costs but not air conditioning.

To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit is payable and the final balance required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.A refundable breakages deposit of £150.00 is payable with the final balance and if there are no breakages will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days from the last day of your holiday. If the holiday begins within 6 weeks from time of booking full payment is required. Payments by bank transfer and cheque accepted.

We booked a stay at the very last moment,not having visited Portugal before.The handling of our booking and key collection was handled perfectly.The apartment well exceeded our expectations in all respects and we enjoyed a relaxing 7 days. The apartment was well equipped and modern,and the outlook over the marina perfect.The marina itself and the area around,is a fusion of different architecture,I would best descibe as Miami meets the Algarve.
The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches at St Raphael and Galle,and close enough to walk into
the centre of Albufeira Old Town.Below the apartment,is a selection of restaurants ranging from pizza to sushi reasonably priced and with friendly service.
We would thoroughly recommend a stay to friends and will return when we can.
