Home description
Casa Dos Avos is a excellent villa, located only a few hundred metres away from the nearest beach - Praia da Coelha. It is situated in the quiet residential area of Sesmarias, Vale de Parra, and less than a 10-minute drive away from the town of Albufeira. Coelha Beach is an easy 5 -10 minute walk away.
The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area which has 2 full patio doors leading to the patio area, a full bathroom, one double bedroom with en suite shower room (this bedroom also has large patio doors leading out to the pool and BBQ area), two twin bedrooms and a separate WC. The swimming pools, (including the children's pool) are situated at the back of the villa. The private gardens and patios surround the whole house, making it very private and allowing a large outdoor space. The villa has a roof top terrace with sea view, table and seating for 6 - great for those warm evenings watching the sun go down!

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve, situated in the south of Portugal, is an ideal location for a wonderful holiday for all ages. It offers practically all year round sunshine and boasts some of Europe's best golf courses. There are numerous beaches many of them tucked away in secluded parts of the coast line. A drive inland will uncover lovely little hidden villages and restaurants serving their speciality dish of the Algarve "Chicken Piri Piri"!! A vist to the Monchique Mountains with its own spring water is a must to appreciate the beautiful landscape of the Algarve.
Albufeira / Vale de Parra area
The villa is located in the small area of Sesmarias on the boarder of Vale de Parra and Gale. Just a short walk will take you to Praia Coelha (Rabbit Beach) which is a small coved beach with its own beach bar (sardines recommended!). There are also several other small beaches in the vicinity which can be reached by lovely cliff top walks (for the energetic!). There is also a mini market and several varied restaurants within easy walking distance. Just 3 kms will take you into the attractive town of Albufeira which provides an active nightlife for those seeking entertainment. The streets of the old town are narrow and cobbled and contain many shops, bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes and pockets. There is an attractive square which has daily market stalls and where one can sit and relax in the sun and watch the world go by!. How to get there
Fly to Faro Airport and "Casa Dos Avos" is just 35 minutes drive from the airport. Reasonable flights are available from Easyjet, Monarch and British Airways. Car hire can be arranged through our local representative if required.

Two twin bedded rooms - both with fitted wardrobes Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin, bidet and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Open plan lounge - dining area with FULL Sky Digital TV (including Sky sports!) DVD player (with a good selection of children's DVD´s supplied in the villa), video recorder and radio / CD player with a selection of CD´s. Living room has 2 large patio doors that lead onto the patio, BBQ and pool area. The villa has an alarm and a saftey deposit box (which can be used free of charge). Car port for private parking.
Further details outdoors: The whole property is totally fenced and is situated at the end of a small residential cul-de-sac. Once inside the gates, you can enjoy total privacy. Everywhere has been made safe for small children, including a safety gate at the bottom of the steps which lead to the top roof terrace.
Please note that the roof terrace can be gated off if you are travelling with young children. Private car parking available.

We supply maid service twice a week. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach / swimming towels. Kellie, our English Representative who also speaks Portuguese and lives in the Algarve, will be on hand to answer any queries you may have during your stay. FREE BASIC FOOD PACK UPON ARRIVAL

UK cheques or bank transfers are accepted.
A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required to be paid by a cheque with the balance and providing there is no damage or breakages this will be returned to you by post.
