Further details indoors: The apartment is furnished to a high specification - 3 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with jacuzzi bath). Fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and iron/board. The lounge offers comfortable seating with satellite TV, DVD, CD player, games consolde(PS2) and double sofa bed.
There are 3 terrace areas that get the sun at different times of the day - wake up to sun in Bedroom 2 and have a drink in the evening overlooking the pool!
Further details outdoors: There are several snack bars and an excellent restaurant 'O Pavillhao' which is open all year round which serves superb food and offers weekly BBQ's.(peak time only) There is plenty of grasssed areas outide the apartment which leads to a lovely children's play park.

There are 3 Swimming Pools on the complex and the one closest to the apartment is heated in the winter months - 35 degrees!!!
Conditions
Availability all year and change-over days are flexible. 20% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. An additional £200 damage deposit cheque is payable with the final balance and will be refunded within 14 days subject to the apartment inspection. Any bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of departure forfeit deposit. Prices inclusive of all utilities, air-conditioning and Clube facilities. Apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10 am on departure day. Change-over day flexible. Please bring own beach and pool towels. Airport transfers available 80-100 Euros return dependant on size of party (payable locally) Please note: One week stays - linen and towels provided on arrival. No changes but can use washing machine/tumble dryer for towels. Two weeks stays - same as week stays but they are changed after one week.

Hi Elaine, just a quick e-mail t say thanks very much for the use of you apartment. What a fantastic place, ideal for children with the pool and park right outside. Albefiera is a wonderful (if not hilly) destination so beautiful. Zoo Marine was a must and the land train to the new town was great fun (and only 3 euros for all day). Also went to the BBQ on Tuesday night over at the Camping site (12 euros) for all you could eat and drink (wine and beer only). Had soup with bread, steak, chicken, rice and chips for main with sauces and a dessert. Great value with entertainment thrown in. Elaine,Just a short note to say we had a great time in your apartment the last two weeks. It more than matched our expectations, as well as the airport transfers and the friendliness of Mel and Alison. Thanks again. Matt Hilditch
