The apartment has stunning views of the Atlantic ocean and Marina and is situated within a beautiful new private condominium complex in Albufeira. There are two fabulous salt water pools with a waterfall feature, tennis court, private secure parking, satillite TV, DVD, Air- conditioning, Jacuzzi bath and luxury fitted kitchen.
The apartment is only a short walk to the beach, Marina and Albufeira strip which has lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and shopson offer. There are several golf courses just 15 minutes drive at Salgados, Balaia and Pine Cliffs.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve has some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe with golden sand and clean water. The nearest beach to the apartment is Fishermans beach at the old town which is close to lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
The Algarve is probably best known for its excellent climate and friendly locals. Its a nice place to spend a holiday with your family - lots of attractions- Slide and Splash (waterpark), Zoomarine, Crazy World. it is the best place to have an active day and fantastic night life.
Albufeira / Encosta da Orada area
The complex is situated between central Albufeira and Marina, shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within a short distance. I recommend car hire or airport transfer. In10 minutes to drive from apartament you get to Algarve Shopping. The are many attractions within 20 minutes drive; Zoo Marine, Water park. If you want play golf there are several golf courses - Salgados 10 min. drive and Vilamoura 15 min. drive.
Distances from Albufeira: Faro 35 km, Vilamoura 22 km, Lagos 45 km., Tavira 60 km., Lisbon 256km.
How to get there
From Faro Airport just follow the signs to A 22,once on the A 22 keep following the signs to Albufeira.As you enter Albufeira you just follow the signs to the Marina.The condominium ENCOSTA DA ORADA stays near Dolphins Roundabout.
