Vila Rosal apartments are located just five minutes from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira, often referred to as the tourist capital of the Algarve. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the larger resorts such as Albufeira, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the colourful and lively marina, and many excellent restaurants including the smaller beach restaurants, for eating out.
The Apartment benefits from a large pool and sunbathing area, with a separate shallow pool perfect for children .There are also tennis courts for the more active. This spacious modern apartment has been built and furnished to a high standard.
The living area benefits from three patio windows, all leading to the balcony, which gives this apartment a light and airy feeling. The master bedroom, which is en-suite, has a super king size bed and large built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two singe beds, built in wardrobes, and is next to the second bathroom. The kitchen, which has granite work surfaces, contains all the usual appliances, except the washing machine which is located across the apartment’s hall in the utility/cloak room. Leading from the living area is a spacious balcony with a built in BBQ to enable you to dine al fresco. The balcony has a table with four chairs, a small table with two easy chairs and two sun loungers which can also be used on the beach.
With its two bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families and couples with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms. Luxuriously furnished throughout with a well equipped kitchen. There is a wooden cot available for "little members" of families. Other baby equipment can also be hired at reasonable rates.

One of the best features of this superb apartment is the extremely spacious, south and east facing balcony. It has sea views and is furnished with a large table and chairs and built in BBQ to enable you to dine al fresco. How about some locally caught sardines and a bottle of Vinho? Bom Apetite!
The apartment benefits from a large communal pool with a shallow end and separate children's pool. These are within enclosed and well manicured lawn gardens.
If you fancy yourself as a bit of an "Andy Murray" or "Serena Williams" there are two tennis courts which are free for guest use. Racquets and balls provided in the apartment.
An underground parking space is available at no extra charge plus plenty of outside parking alongside the apartment.

Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
A refundable breakage/security deposit of £200 is to be paid in cash on arrival. This is normally refunded on departure but no later than 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

The Algarve is one of the world's most attractive holiday destinations offering 160 km of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear waters, rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes.
The region is blessed with a wonderful climate, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports in summer, and mild enough in spring, autumn and winter for tennis, golf, clifftop or countryside walking, exploring and sightseeing.
Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries. This brightly coloured and verdant region is filled with orange groves, almond trees in blossom, carob and fig trees, and fragrant pines as well as some cork farms which are still in operation today.
The Mediterranean plants and trees put on a magnificent show throughout the year and there are plenty of nature parks and sanctuaries along the whole of the Algarve that attract many animals and birds.
For the sports enthusiasts, the Algarve has ideal conditions and top class facilities; The Algarve boasts a multitude of golf courses with many enjoying highly prized reputations. Watersports are second to none with the West coast beaches offering the best surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions.
Places of interest include the region's capital Faro and its old town, Loule and its market situated in a recently renovated Moorish building, Silves and its red fortress, Caldas de Monchique for its thermal waters, Portimao’s old town and port, Lagos for its vitality and historical interest and Cabo de S. Vicente with its imposing light-house.
Above all, the Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches!
Whatever your preference, you will find your personal paradise in the Algarve.
The Albufeira / Sesmarias Albufeira area
This wonderful apartment is in the peaceful area known as "Sesmarais". It has some of the most fantastic Algarve beaches just a short stroll away. Here you will find lovely white sandy beaches with some superb beach restaurants, and the red rock formations which the Algarve is famous for such as Sao Rafael, Praia Grande, Praia do Coelho, Castelo, Evaristo and the long beautiful Gale beach - all within a few minutes walk or drive.
In neighbouring Salgados there is a fabulous golf course with wonderful views over the Lagoas dos Salgados lagoons - part of the scenic National Ecological Reserve.
Local amenities within easy walking distance include mini supermarkets, bars and lots of great restaurants.
Spending time here is to make every day an opportunity to enjoy the things you like the most. There is a sealife centre 'Zoomarine' close by, as well as waterparks and a huge shopping centre 'Algarve Shopping' all within a 15 minute drive. Around the area there are plenty of restaurants with a variety of menus to suit everyone's tastes and budgets. Nightlife is bountiful in the neighbouring towns of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera. Neighbouring, Albufeira "Old Town" offers a safe family atmosphere with most bars having free night time entertainment in the summer season.

We are able to take payment by credit/debit card through Paypal (there is a charge for this service) or by bank transfer.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance of the rental fee is required 6 weeks before your holiday.
The property is let on a self-catering basis with everything you need including washing machine and dish washer. The property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before guest arrival with clean towels and bedding. We do NOT provide a maid service. However, where a guest requires a mid-stay clean and/or fresh towels and linen, this can be provided if requested in advance at the time of booking. The charge will be agreed in advance, confirmed in writing, and must be paid directly to the property managers before the departure date.
