About the home

This apartment has one of the best positions on the complex with views from the balcony of the gardens , pool sea and Marina complex . Situated in a quiet location away from any noisy bars, yet wihin 10 minutes you can walk down the white washed streets to Albufeira Old Town which is a vibrant hub of restaurants, live music bars, street entertainers and musicians.

This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable and luxury furnishing.

With loads of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends.

The apartment has secure underground car parking and video entry phone and is accessed via stairs or a lift to the 2cnd floor. The bathroom has wc, bidet, shower and jacuzzi bath.

The kitchen / diner has dining for 4 people, granite work tops, cooker, hob, microwave, washing mashine, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and is fully equipped for your stay. The bedroom has 2 large single beds( can be pushed together )and wall to ceiling wardrobes.

The lounge has 2 large sofa beds, coffee table and tv and dvd player.
The Kitchen , Lounge and Bedroom all lead out to the balcony with views from all rooms of the pool and gardens

The apartment has one of the best positions on the complex , with the balcony overlooking the gardens, pool , the sea and Marina , with a table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining and to enjoy the view.

Note, these are privately owned apartments maintained at a high standard , no tour operators operate here . So no gangs of beer swilling youths around the pool !

Further details outdoors:
Outside the apartment there are beautiful landscaped gardens which lead on to a cascading swimming pool, there are 2 pools one for children also a poolside shower and wc .

To the rear of the complex there is a floodlit tennis court. Near by there is a bus stop next to Dolphin island, the Giro service will take you all around the Albufeira district for around 1 euro. The island is also a pick up point for any excursions you may book. A short walk from the apartment ther are local shops and restaurants

Also you are wihin minutes of the Marina or the cliff lined beautiful beaches of Albufeira which stretch for miles. This location will give you everything you want for a fabulous holday on the Algarve.

The Albufeira / Cerro da Piedade area

Portugal is famous for its stunning coastline. The sandy beach of the Old Town is 10 minutes walk away or you can visit the stunning beaches of Gale, Sao Rafael and Sesmarias are only a few minutes drive away.

There are many attractions within 20 minutes drive away including many golf courses, Zoo Marina where you can swim with dolphins , Aqualand and Slide and Splash Water Parks, and Algarve Shopping Mall, you can book many boat trips from the near by Marina. Also the beautiful towns of Silves , Monique and Lagos are all worth a visit. There are a number of tour operators in the town that can take you on excellent tours of the district .

Albufeira itself is a vibrant resort with some beautiful beaches.The centre still retains its tradional Portugese character while catering for the visitors every need .

Many budget Airlines including BMI Baby, Easy Jet, Monarch, Flybe, Jet2, Ryanair, Thompson fly, Flyglobespan, XL Airways and British Airways fly to Portugal.

The nearest Airport is Faro which is around 25 minutes away from Albufeira. There are plenty of car hire firms and Airport taxis available at the terminal. A good service is Holiday Taxis where you can pre book a shared mini bus to the apartment, it is reliable and costs around £15 each person return. “Beautifully looked after apartment in a stunning setting, loved everything!” We stayed at this apartment with two young children and it was perfect in every way. The apartment was exceptionally well presented and clean and in a brilliant spot within the complex. Views over the pool and down the hillside to the sea were stunning both day and night and the complex was very peaceful. Alan was a fantastic host, responding to all queries and questions we had quickly and with helpful ideas. The apartment was cleaned after a week of being there, which was a really great touch! We hired a car as had two small children with us, and the walk up the hill would have been a bit long without it. Was great to have as could park within the old town and also visit all the beautiful surrounding beaches. There was ample parking in the complex, all of which felt very secure. A super place to visit as a family and the pool was perfect for both small and older children - we will definitely book again!

“Beautiful and Quiet” The apartment and complex are quiet and well maintained, exactly what we were looking for in a holiday. The complex is lovely, with a quiet pool area, no need to get up early to reserve a sun bed. 10-15 minute walk into the old town, with loads of restaurants and bars. There is a very steep hill down to the town or beach so make sure you take some sensible shoes. Favourite bar was 'Steps' bar which played live music each night and had a welcoming atmosphere. Have been to the same apartment 2 years in row, and we usually make a point of never going to the same place twice so that tells you how much we enjoyed our break.

“Excellent!” It was nicer than we have ever stayed in before, Alan the owner is great to communicate with the appartment was clean spacious and very well equiped the small pool most days was like our own private one all in all a beautiful complex so good we came home and re-booked it for next year!
