This is a beautifully finished 2-floor duplex apartment which is within walking distance from the New and Old Town of Albufeira which boasts fantastic restaurants, lively bars and cafes, nightclubs, boutiques and shops
This property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with own balcony, fully fitted bathroom, two double bedrooms (both located on the first floor), living room with own balcony and separate WC. There is a pool that can be used in a nearby complex and guests have access to this swimming pool of the Hotel Real Belavista (only steps away from the apartment). There are also the popular beaches of Albufeira, Oura and Santa Eulalia which can be reached within walking distance.
The apartment is situated in a residential area, very close to the 4 star hotel, Real Belavista where you are able to use the facilities and the pool. In addition there is no noise from shops or bars. There is an allocated parking bay with this property.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is the southern most region of Portugal and a beloved holiday destination well known for glorious year round sunshine and excellent sandy beaches. These vary from secluded coves with amazing cliffs to vast stretches of golden sand all sea washed by the fresh and clear Atlantic ocean. Inland you will find quaint villages barely touched by tourism.
The Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sea life centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches! Whatever your preference, you will find your personal paradise in the Algarve.
However, if you fancy a trip into Spain then the border is only a 50 minute journey and Seville approx two hours depending on traffic. Transfers can be arranged for you.
Albufeira area
This lovely apartment is perfect for all ages, especially for those who do not want to drive as all amenities are within walking distance. For day time or night-life you have the bustling streets of Albufeira Own town, Praia da Oura, or Montechoro area are situated only a few minutes away from the apartment.
Albufeira Old Town is a beautiful pedestrian town bursting with character, full of tiny whitewashed houses with terracotta roofs & narrow cobbled streets. Each pedestrian street offers a selection of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, late night boutiques & music bars etc. Originally a quiet fishing village, you can eat al fresco overlooking the fishman's beach where you will still find Albufeira's original character.
Praia da Oura is a livelier, cosmopolitan and family friendly area, with numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and nightclubs. Walk to 'The Strip' for excellent night-life, just 15 mins walk from the apartment. Or to the gorgeous Oura Beach just down the foot of a steep hill. The breathtaking beaches have a wide variety of water sports as well as being able to enjoy meals at the beach bars and restaurants.
The nearest bank & supermarket are simply a short stroll to the end of the road. You will also find 'Modelo' shopping centre within a 5 mins walk. Algarve Shopping Centre, with a large supermarket, retail shops, bowling alley and cinema is also only a 5€ taxi ride. There is a taxi rank 2 mins walk from the apartment.
The apartment is ideally situated just 5 mins taxi journey from Albufeira Marina where there are plenty of great boat trips leaving everyday. You can choose from a full or a half day and this can often include a trip into the caves and grottoes of the beautiful Algarvian coast line.
As for golf, the International Association of Golf Tour Operators voted it the 'Established golf destination of the year 2006'. Salgados golf course is approximately 5 miles away, being just one of many world-class golf courses to be found near to the apartment.
Taxis are reasonably priced. Transfers can also be arranged for you if requested to local attractions, markets etc
There is an Information Book in the house with lots more information on the local area as well as some great days out.

* There are local taxis available at the airport. The charge is approx 50€
* Taxis can be arranged in advance for €35
