The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve a beautiful region famouse for its golf courses and also many wonderful fishing villages - and of course, for the seafood, which is delicious. It enjoys fantastic weather throughout, June ,July and August but the heat is not overpowering. Whilst still warm in Spring and Autumn, and over winter you get warm days, but the nights are noticably cooler.
Albufeira area
Villa Jacinto is located between the area of Albufeira and Vale da Parra with only a five minute drive to the nearest beach.
The area of Vale da Parra offers a variety of different beaches, such as Galé, São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Lourenço, Salgados (where you will also find a coastal golf course).
Many of them have wonderful beach restaurants and snack bars (sea food recommended!) where you can enjoy the sea view and the natural beauty of the various coves and long stretches of sand.
There are a number of great restaurants in Páteo and Vale de Parra main road (walking distance of the villa). Páteo offers a steak house, an Italian restaurant, a typical Portuguese restaurant, and a number of coffee shops - snack bars. Alternatively, you could try the Albufeira Marina which has several trendy bars and restaurants and is only 2 minutes away by car.
"Alisuper" is your nearest supermarket for groceries and toiletries (also located in Páteo), however there is a large shopping centre with a Modelo supermarket in Albufeira 5 - 10 minute drive away.
The Albufeira old town is approximately 5 kms away. This is where you will find an active nightlife for the ones seeking for entertainment, or a shopping paradise for all tastes and pockets in the cobbled pedestrian streets.
Guia, famous small village for it’s chicken piri piri restaurants, is also 5- 10 minutes away from the villa. The Zoomarine theme park (where you can swim with the dolphins) as well as the large Algarve shopping centre, are also located in Guia area.
There is also a variety of water parks nearby (within a 20 kms range), and along the year you will have the chance to come across several festivals, fairs and markets that are worth a visit.
Villa Jacinto has fantasic views and is located in a quiet residental area, just outside Albufeira, perfect for those who look for active holidays, golf, fishing, nightlife, shopping, great restaurants, family parks, water sports, culture, history, or just a nice place in the sand to relax and enjoy the sunny days.
How to get there
Cheap flights are available from EasyJet and Monarch. Fly to Faro International Airport and Albufeira is only 35 minutes drive (approx. 40 kms). Taxis can be arranged to collect you at the airport and take you to the villa, and this can be pre-paid. Depending on how you get to the Algarve, you will be provided with driving directions for you to drive to the property.

Further details indoors: This villa enjoys fantastic panoramic sea views across the coastline and comprises a spacious lounge / diner that opens onto a covered patio overlooking the pool. There are two twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom (with jacuzzi bath), a double bedroom reached by a few steps that has its own en suite bathroom, a large kitchen and a separate washroom.
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool has a small lawn area as well as a terrace that spacious enough for sunbeds, patio tables and chairs. There is also a built in barbecue adjacent to the dining area. There are seventeen steps leading to the front entrance of the property, so less mobile guests should be aware of it.
