Home description

This villa is in one of the best areas of Albufeira, sitting on top of the hill, offering amazing sea front views from the upstairs ample terrace - which is great for wining and dining. Less than 100 metres from a supermarket, and walking distance (15 mins) from great night life area in centre of town. Therefore the villa allows for both quiet family life atmosphere and/or for night life entertainment.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Algarve is the southern province of Portugal. The climate is one of the best in the world. The temperatures bare not too hot in the summer, never too cold.in the winter.

Winter max temperatures are around 16 to 17º C and the maximum in summer is about 30º. Sea water in Summer is between 22 and 25º C .

You should see Silves, Tavira and Lagos there old niced towns. Zoomarine as a theme park is a very interesting place to take the children.


Albufeira / Cerro Grande area

Albufeira has two main beaches but there many interesting around, like Sao Rafael, Galé, Coelha, Salgados,etc..

The villa is situated in a quiet place, but a 5 min walk of the old town. The night life is full of pubs and bar, restaurants discos.

You should take one day to go to Monchique and appreciate the very nice view from this mountain and eat in a local restaurants a nice wild chicken.

There is a supermarket just 70 meter away of the villa, and the old town a 5 m walk, fully of bares, restaurant and peolpe!..

On a short drive, you have many beaches, Casinos at Vilamoura and Portimão, the Zoomarine. The Marina fully of live at 2,5 Kms.

Spain is at 1 hour driving (The splendid Sevilha ar 2,30)

In Cerro Grande there is an English pub where you can watch all football matches in your environment. Down town Albufeira is very interesting at night with all terrace cafés with their own entertainers. The streets are full of people going around. The Town Hall organize shows, exhibitions and some times concerts with big international singers. The second area of night entertainment is in the new Eastern side of Albufeira in a street more known as "The Strip",

Albufeira has two golf courses, one with 9 holes (Balaia) and one with 18 holes (Salgados). The biggest shopping mall in Algarve is also on the outskirts of Albufeira.
