The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is 240km from east to west, and approx. 40kms from north to south. There are numerous resorts, spectacular scenery and activities for all tastes, whether it’s lazy days by the pool, sunset walks on the many stunning beaches, exciting days out to water parks or leisurely strolls around picturesque perfect towns full of history and tradition.
Albufeira / Acoteias area
There are several beaches within the apartments proximity such as Falesia, Olhos de Agua, Santa Eulália and Praia da Oura beach. They have a variety of water sports available, as well as enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and bars. There is a good selection of golf courses as well near Monte das Garças.
Açoteias is within easy walking distance and Olhos de Agua is only 3 kms away – these two small resorts offer various services such as a bank, a chemist, a health centre, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, taxi rank, market, etc.
Albufeira is less than a 5 minute drive away, and Vilamoura is approx. 15 minutes away.
For day time and nightlife you have the bustling streets of Montechoro, Praia Da Oura and Albufeira only a few kilometer’s away from the apartment.
The shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” is situated in Guia which is approx. 15 minutes away, as well as the famous theme park Zoomarine which is open all year around and not to be missed for families.
How to get there
Cheap flights are available from EasyJet and Monarch. Fly to Faro International Airport and Açoteias is only 30 minutes drive (approx. 35 kms). Taxis can be arranged to collect you at the airport and take you to the apartment, and this can be pre-paid. Depending on how you get to the Algarve, you will be provided with driving directions for you to drive to the property.
