About the home

Totally new complex. This penthouse is ideal for the discerning tourist who likes luxury when on holiday, it is finished to a very high standard. Because it is in the centre block it is away from all road noise and nearest to the biggest swimming pool on the complex. We like it to be a home from home so you will find everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including a full size oven with1 el. ring and 3 gas rings on hob. All bed linen and bathtowels are provided but please bring beach towels. There is lots of room on the balcony for adults and children to have their own space. There is very comfortable seating and a table for 6 for outdoor dining. There are sunloungers on balcony for private sunbathing. The penthouse has keypad /video entry making it very secure. Air con. can also be used for heating in cooler weather. Satellite T.V. Free wifi all through apartment. Golf is available locally at Pine Cliffs Golf & Country Club, and Salgados Golf Club. Satellite T.V.There is a sky box fitted and will most likely take your own sky card We also provide a travel cot and a high chair is available to rent. There is wireless internet access all through the apartment and on balcomy.Of the 2 family bathrooms one is just a wc. and washbaisin and the second one has a walk in shower with attached seat suitable for disabled persons.

There are 2 underground secure car spaces and penthouse can be accessed by lift from garage. There is also a parking space at the entrance door. The balcony which is huge is L shaped and gets the sun all day it has a covered shaded area for those who prefer to eat outside in the shade. Smokers are asked to only smoke on the balcony please.

Welcome pack can be arranged on arrival and there is a mini market across the road for fresh rolls every morning. There is an administration office on site with english speaking staff should any problems arise. Dont forget your laptop or ipad as we have full wireless internet, wifi, LAN installed all through the penthouse.

Conditions

Smokers welcome but PLEASE only on Balconies. Free Internet access all throughout the penthouse including balconies.A refundable breakage deposit of €200 is required which will be refunded when property has been inspected. A 25% non refundable deposit is required with booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Linen and towels are provided but guests must bring their own beach towels.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Albuferia was an old fishing village which now boasts a beautiful Marina with lots of lovely restaurants where you could enjoy a nice meal and glass of wine while watching the boats. From April to October the weather is always very warm and has the advantage of a nice cooling Atlantic breeze in the evening.

The local Zoo Marine is well worth a visit and if you are feeling adventurous you can swim with the Dolphins ! For the children a day at Slide and Splash is a must.

The Albufeira / Corcovada area

Albufeira is one of the main tourist towns in the Algarve and has lots of beautiful beaches the nearest to Corcovada are Praia d'Oura and Santa Eulalia both of which are one km. away about 15 mins walk or you could walk 5 mins to the little train which will take you to the old town and Fisherman's beach. The old town has lots of lovely beaches and is packed with lovely restaurants.

Fly to Faro Airport Airlines flying in from Dublin Aer Lingus and Ryanair. From Lond Gatwick B.A. and Easyjet, From Heathrow :Tap portugal, From : Birmingham Aer lingus From Glasgow Flybe and Aer Lingus.Flyglobespan also fly to Faro from Glasgow/ Edinburgh. From Airport approx 35 mins. I can recommend taxi/minibus very reasonable. Car hire not necessary as everything is within easy access. Local Taxis are very reasonable.

“Perfect property, location and stay.” This property had everything we needed for a great stay. It was so spacious for 7 of us (ages ranging from 15 to 53) that we never felt overcrowded at all. The owner wad extremely helpful. We walked across the globe roundabout 5 mins into St Eulalia, where we found restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Here we had a lovely 3 course menu of the day at Eduardo's for €12.95. The younger members of our party loved the ice creams etc at 'the american diner'. It is a short walk to the 'strip' if you turn right at the globe roundabout. We caught the tourist train from here to the old town (3.50€ to hop pn n off for the day and you see more of albufeira and get your barings). Go to the beach basket restaurant in the old town for amazing views of the coast from the terrace. The food was nice aswell. We found the people so friendly everywhere we went and think that Albufeira has something to offer everyone. We would definately use this apartment again - it was perfect! “Excellent accomodation great for families.” Stayed at this appartment with our 3 young kids aged 6, 4 and 2 at the beginning of June. The accomodation was excellent;very spacious and home from home amenities. Great location as it was just a short walk to restaurants and shops etc. Would definitely recommend this apartment as it ticks all the boxes. Great pool for adults with smaller pool for kids. Owner was lovely to deal with, couldn't be more helpful. Thanks for an extremely enjoyable and hassle free holiday! The Beatty Family

“Best Holiday Apartment Ever” I can't recommend this apartment highly enough, it had everything we needed. We were met by the owners rep at the exact prearranged time on arrival, the size of the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen & balcony were far bigger then they look in the photos & it was spotlessly clean. We took our 2 kids with us but as the youngest is nearly 4 we decided not to take a buggy with us. After the first night we realised that was a mistake, but lucky for us there was a good quality buggy left in the cupboard in the entrance hall, along with sun shades, boogie boards, arm bands, a volley ball, etc, I'm sure you're starting to get the picture. This apartment had everything you'd need. I'd just like to finish with a few words about the owner, She was so helpful, organising the taxi transfer to & from the airport, any questions or queries were answered quickly & nothing was too much bother, the only fault I had was the holiday itself was too short, we all could have stayed a lot longer. If we have a holiday next year we will definitely be going back to this apartment, and definitely for longer than we did this year.

“Absolutely beautiful apartment in a perfect location - very spacious.” This location is very central to shops and restaurants - close to the strip. The whole corcovada complex is very clean and safe. The pool area was very relaxing, spotless and safe for children. It is also very secure with video entry into the blocks and swimming area. This penthouse apartment is very spacious and like a home from home. The views are lovely and the size is deceiving - it was bigger than we expected. There were 8 of us 5 teenagers and 3 adults. I would highly recommend it.
