Home description
Totally new complex. This penthouse is ideal for the discerning tourist who likes luxury when on holiday, it is finished to a very high standard. We like it to be a home from home so you will find everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including a full size oven with1 el. ring and 3 gas rings on hob. All bed linen and bathtowels are provided but please bring beach towels. There is lots of room on the balcony for adults and children to have their own space. There is very comfortable seating and a table for 6 for outdoor dining. There are sunloungers on balcony for private sunbathing. The penthouse has keypad /video entry making it very secure. Air con. can also be used for heating in cooler weather. Satellite T.V. Underground secure parking for 2 cars.Golf is available locally at Pine Cliffs Golf & Country Club, and Salgados Golf Club.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Albuferia was an old fishing village which now boasts a beautiful Marina with lots of lovely restaurants where you could enjoy a nice meal and glass of wine while watching the boats. From April to October the weather is always very warm and has the advantage of a nice cooling Atlantic breeze in the evening.
The local Zoo Marine is well worth a visit and if you are feeling adventurous you can swim with the Dolphins ! For the children a day at Slide and Splash is a must.
Albufeira / Montechoro area
Albufeira is one of the main tourist towns in the Algarve and has lots of beautiful beaches the nearest to Corcovada are Praia d'Oura and Santa Eulalia both of which are one km. away about 15 mins walk or you could walk 5 mins to the little train which will take you to the old town and Fisherman's beach. The old town has lots of lovely beaches and is packed with lovely restaurants.
How to get there
Fly to Faro Airport Airlines flying in from Dublin Aer Lingus and Ryanair. From Lond Gatwick B.A. and Easyjet, From Heathrow :Tap portugal, From : Birmingham Aer lingus From Glasgow Flybe and Aer Lingus.Flyglobespan also fly to Faro from Glasgow/ Edinburgh. From Airport approx 35 mins. I can recommend taxi/minibus very reasonable. Car hire not necessary as everything is within easy access. Local Taxis are very reasonable.

Further details outdoors: There are 2 underground secure car spaces and penthouse can be accessed by lift from garage. There is also a parking space at the entrance door. The balcony which is huge is L shaped and gets the sun all day it has a covered shaded area for those who prefer to eat outside in the shade. Smokers are asked to only smoke on the balcony please.

Welcome pack can be arranged on arrival and there is a mini market across the road for fresh rolls every morning. There is an administration office on site with english speaking staff should any problems arise.
Conditions
Smokers welcome but PLEASE only on Balconies. A refundable breakage deposit of €200 is required which will be refunded when property has been inspected. A 25% non refundable deposit is required with booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Linen and towels are provided but guests must bring their own beach towels.
