Welcome to Villa Saromani! This magnificent villa is set in Albufiera in Algarve which was once a small fishing community and is now a bustling town. The villa is situated in the North East of Albufiera and in close proximity to two excellent beaches and walking distance to the famous ‘strip’ with its restaurants, bars, shops and bustling nightlife. Based here you can drive to the old fishing town of Albufiera, relax in the golden sands of Oura Beach or indulge in a game of golf in the world renowned Balaia course.
This spacious and elegant villa has easy access with ample car parking facility (to park upto 5 cars). The building itself is superbly constructed in three levels with wood fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, balconies commanding fabulous views leading off all bedrooms, beautiful wooden staircases and a stunning dome-shaped ceiling. There a large games room equipped with a French Billiards table (Carom), a pool table and a table-tennis table and a poker table in the living room. There are glass doors leading off the spacious, open-plan dining room to the sun terrace with plenty of space for outdoor dining or relaxing in a hammock overlooking the pool and garden. The Kitchen in bright, spacious and fully fitted with a walk-in pantry and there is also an outdoor barbeque area.
The swimming pool is graded and has a solarium. It leads to a garden with plenty of orange, apple and pomegranate trees, which are mature enough to support a hammock for relaxing in the shade.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area but half a kilometre away is a hive of activity all day but comes alive at night with its mixture of bars, clubs, restaurants and shops.
Albufeira offers numerous exciting activities in the form of horse riding, swimming with dolphins at the Zoo Marine and boat trips for fishing or to admire sunrise/sunsets. Discover the real Algarve in a 4X4 driving across panoramic mountains, tracks and rivers for a day of adventure and fun. Alternatively you can take a day trip to Lisbon, Seville and Gibraltar. We will be happy to assist you in arranging these trips.
For those interested in golf, there are plenty of courses in and around Albufeira. Balaia Golf course is a short walk away. Sheraton Pine Cliff and Salgodas golf courses are a short drive away.

Further details indoors: The main entrance leads into a stunning hallway with cloakroom. There is a large and beautifully furnished ‘L’ shaped living room with a wood fireplace, satellite TV and a poker table.
The kitchen, facing the front of the villa, is bright and spacious and fully fitted with electric and gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a walk-in pantry. There is access to the outdoor barbeque area, laundry, games room and further through steps to the side of the kitchen.
A beautiful wooden staircase with a stunning dome shaped ceiling leads to the first floor boasting four delightful bedrooms with fabulous views.
The large master bedroom has a walk-in dressing area, en-suite with bathroom and a balcony with ocean views. This room also has a wood fire place.
The second bedroom with twin beds has an en-suite with bathroom. This room also has a balcony, again with ocean views.
There are two more good sized bedrooms each with their own balcony and a common bathroom with shower. From this floor there is access to another sun terrace to the south of the house.
The lower floor of the villa is comprised of 2 apartments, barbeque area and a games room. One apartment has a single bedroom and the other is a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The single bed apartment is not being let this season.
Adjacent to this is a laundry room with washer and dryer and toilet for pool users. A large games room with a French Billiards table (Carom), a pool table, table tennis table and carrom board.
Further details outdoors: There is a spacious covered area with barbeque and a dining table. A few steps will take you to a shoe shaped private pool with solarium. The pool consists of a shallow and deep end. The pool leads to a garden with plenty of orange, apple and pomegranate trees. The garden has mature trees to support a hammock for relaxing in the shade.
The sun terrace, with plenty of space for outdoor dining, overlooks the pool and garden. You can read your favourite book in a hammock on this sun terrace with fantastic views.
