Condomino Vinaha de Lagoas complex has 30 apartments with a large communal pool and on site parking. The apartment can sleep up to six adults and is offered with a fully equipped kitchen, dining facilities and many other facilities to make your holiday home from home, (please note pets not allowed and no smoking in the apartment).
Within a short walk (400m) is the village of Ferreiras that offers selection shops, eateries and coffee bars where you can sit back and let the time go by. The local fresh fish and vegetable market has farmers arriving early in the morning with their produce.
FAQ 1. What are the nearest Airports? FARO international airport is 35 minutes drive from the apartment, Lisbon airport is 157 miles and Sevilla airport (Spain) is 140 miles from Ferrerias 2. How far is the nearest Supermarket? The local fresh fish, fruit and vegetable market is within five minutes walk, the Marrachino supermarket is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. 3. Where are the nearest beaches? There are great beaches within 10 minutes drive, Santa Eulalia has cliff top restaurant, Maria Lusia has beach bar and there are car parking facilities at these locations. Dotted around the coast are various other beaches that can be found via local maps. 4. Are there any shops and restaurants near by? Ferreiras village life centres around the main roundabout where you can find a selections of cafes, bars restaurants, pharmacy, opticians and dentist all within a short walk from the apartment. 5. Shopping Centres? Algarve “outlet” shopping centre is about 10 minutes drive on the N125 road (west) where you will find more than hundred shops and a large supermarket. Located on the upper floor is a great food hall for every taste and budget. There is also a cinema and a ten pin bowling alley, opening hours daily from 9 am. to 12 pm with free parking (some shops close at 1pm on Sunday) In Albufeira town centre there is large selection of shops / restaurants / bars and clubs. The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The South of Portugal (Algarve) is the most climatically favoured region of Portugal and one of the most stable around Europe. Characterised by scarce periods of rain and by long sunshine hours (highest values in Europe), the Algarve region is really blessed with perfect physical conditions for tourism.
During the summer months temperatures are quite high, which favours "Beach Tourism". It is a region edged with fine white sand along the miles of coastline and by a calm sea with water temperatures in the region of 21/22°C in the summer period.

Albufeira / Ferreiras area

The local RC church within two minutes walk and adjoining the complex grounds is the local primary school.
Within a few minutes drive from the apartment you can reach the following, • Going south (10 minutes) the main town of Albufeira and “strip” shopping and night life area, with a wide selections of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants • Going west (Within 10 minutes) the largest shopping centre in the Algarve, with more than 100 shops, cinema, bowling alley and a excellent food court. • Going south and west many sandy beaches that Albureria is famed for, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs, see things to do for details
If you want more than a rest and beaches there is wide choice of golf courses, fishing and sea activities. You can find the details for these in the things to do document. Within 20 minutes drive there are two theme parks “Zoo Marine” and “Slide&Splash”, a large Go-Karting track all of which will cater for a family holiday.
The local railway station is three minutes by car, offering services to Faro, Lisbon and other towns along the Algarve coast and to Spain, this train journey is recommended as a good day trip to the east coast.

The apartment is normally available from 3.00 pm on your date of arrival and is to be vacated by 10.00 am on your departure date. Guests can arrange to arrive earlier or depart later if the apartment is empty, this can to be arranged in advance with us.
Lost keys: a payment of £100 is required for lost keys and key fob.
