Home description
Luxury studio with 4 poster bed separate dining kitchen with full facilities,bathroom with bath and shower. For a chilled out relaxing holiday 10minutes walk from the strip and shops. It has its own pool area with a children's pool and a small play area and tennis court in a private garden with a locked gate (key provided and there are no charges for the use of these facilities). There are sunbeds and a bbq on the rooftop for you to use. You do not need to hire a car but if you wish to then you can hire to pick up at the airport or hire once you are there for 3,5 or 7 days the choice is yours

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is an all year round resort, winter temperatures of 14-16 degrees which make it very popular with both retired people and families looking for a little winter sunshine. Albufiera is a large resort and is fast becoming cosmapolitan. The Portugese are warm and friendly people, ready to help you at any time.
Albufeira / Montechoro area
Montechoro is an area bursting with life, there are bars, restaurants and shops in abundance. There are local pickup points all around the resort for the various coach trips that go to the water parks and zoo marine, these are excellent days out for young and old alike. Down in old town Abufiera in the square there is regular daytime and evening entertainment from puppeteers and musicians and sometimes folk dancing by Portugese children and adults. Its fun and lively, its warm and romantic, its chilled out and cool, its what ever you want it to be.
How to get there
Easyjet fly 7 days a week from east midlands airport at 06.05am, they also fly from Luton amd Gatwick. Bmi Baby, Flymonarch from Birmingham, Thomsonfly from Doncaster and Coventry, Jet2 from Leeds Bradford and Manchester. They are best booked as far in advance as you can this is when you get really cheap flights. Budget airlines do not do last minute cheapies! To drive is about two and a half days using the tunnel or the dover calais route. There are also Santander and Bilbao ferries. Car hire company that I recommend is Holiday Autos they are second to non!

Further details indoors: Luxury studio apartment with 4 poster bed and one double futon style bed which has a proper mattress on it. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Fully fitted dining kitchen. The bed linen and bath towels are provided, you just need your beach towels. The apartment does not have a balcony but has an area on the roof where there are sunbeds and table and chairs and a bbq for you to use. It is in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle, but just a short walk away from the bars shops and restaurants. Though there are a couple of small bars just two minutes walk away
Further details outdoors: There is a garden area with a swimming pool and children's pool, a play area and tennis court. This is a shared but private area and there is a locked gate to keep it exclusive (a key is provided for your use) If you have a hire car it can be parked in any space in front of the apartment block, there are no reserved spaces. There is a large supermarket just 10 minutes walk from the apartments that is open from 09.00 to 21.00 everyday there is also a butchers shop and a bakery in there to.

This property is available all year round, there is aircon and heating.
I also have a log cabin for rent in the beautiful rolling hills of Alentejo (just 50 miles north of Albufiera). Why not give this a try for a change and meet some of Portugals most friendly people. Or why not try a twin centre holiday of a week in the countryside and a week on the Algarve.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking as soon as booking is made please, with the balance due 12 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 is required with the balance and subject to a property inspection this will be returned two weeks after your return, thankyou. whilst I respect peoples wishes to smoke (its your choice) I would ask that you do not smoke in the apartment please. You may smoke any where outside and even up on the roof area.
