This lovely villa, extremely well situated at Quinta dos Alamos will certainly appeal to the more discerning of clients. Quinta dos Alamos is a small private estate on the outskirts of the 'restaurant village' of Guia, Portugal Algarve, just ten minutes drive from Albufeira and it's many fine sandy beaches.
This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable and luxury furnishing.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The British are drawn to Portugal's Algarve coast by some of the best beaches in Europe, fantastic sporting facilities, superb eating out in all standards of restaurants, lovely people who are our oldest allies, and last, but certainly not least, the wonderful Algarve climate that gives over 3000 hours of sunshine each year. Even during the hot summer months, cooling Atlantic breezes make life comfortable, and the evenings are normally cool and pleasant for sleeping.
The region is colourful to say the least. Brightly coloured fishermen's boats are dotted along the beaches and the fresh fish and vegetable markets are a sight to behold. Some of the finest golf courses in Europe are here in the Algarve, and they attract many golfers each year. Deep sea fishing, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, athletics and scuba diving, are facilities to be found in abundance, no wonder it's called Sportugal!
Albufeira / Guia area
The Albufeira resort area, which includes Sesmarias, Sao Rafael, Castelo and Vale de Parra to the west. Guia to the north, and Branqueira to the east is a lovely area of countryside and beaches. in an uncommercialised area, dotted with villas of all descriptions, and lots of superb restaurants. This is where the countryside runs down to the sea and where you can park your car right next to the beach.
The village of Guia is approx. 6 km from the main resort of Albufeira, and close to all local amenities and other nearby resorts of Aracao de Pera, Carvoeiro and Vilamoura.
The Albufeira, Algarve area is considered to be part of the real Algarve, and one of the less commercialised areas in the Algarve for beautiful villas. Many show business and sporting stars own villas in this area, including Sir Cliff Richard, so don't be surprised if you bump into Cliff in one of the many Albufeira restaurants around here. Some of our favourite Albufeira restaurants such as Evaristo, Atlantico Guia, Castelo do Bispho, O'Marinheiro, Sao Domingos, Dom Carlos and A Sardinha are found here, and the area has numerous sandy coves where you can get away from it all.
The beautiful beaches of Sao Rafael, Evaristo, Castelo, Coelho and Gale are all nearby in the west of Albufeira, and Praia da Oura, Santa Eulalia and Falesia to the east. of Albufeira, and all are quite close to our villas in this area. Guia, just a few kilometres to the north of the coast is famous for its selection of restaurants, and especially the famous chicken piri-piri dish. This is where Sir Cliff Richard has his villa and vinyard. If you are looking for a laid back villa or apartment holiday in the Algarve, in beautiful surroundings, then come to Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal.

Further details indoors: This superior Algarve accommodation consists of entrance hall, split level sitting/ dining room with satellite TV, BBC & Sky films, DVD player (DVDs can be hired nearby in Guia) and French doors to a covered terrace, garden and swimming pool.
A door from the dining area leads into the bright well fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, cooker, microwave and breakfast bar. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both sharing a full bathroom and a separate shower room/wc.
On the first floor is the new master twin/double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, which enjoys great views over the beautiful landscaped estate gardens and the swimming pool. Swimming pool towels are provided. Maid service 5 days per week.
Further details outdoors: Outside are the neat attractive gardens, barbecue, and private swimming pool, which can be heated at extra cost during the winter, early and late season ensuring that you can really enjoy your holiday to the full. There is a covered dining terrace, and a built in barbecue. The villa overlooks beautiful estate gardens, which give you a feeling of privacy and spaciousness.
The village of Guia boasted 14 restaurants at the last count, offering everything from chicken piri-piri to fine French cuisine, and is just 10 minutes walk from Villa Neill. There is also a typical Portuguese restaurant just a few minutes walk from the villa. All the ingredients for great holidays in the Algarve.
