This first floor apartment has a quiet and peaceful location in the up-market development of Windmill Hill, just above the old town to the west of Albufeira. It benefits from beautifully maintained grounds that incude a swimming pool with a shallow end perfect for children. Both the living room and main bedroom lead to a wide balcony furnished with a patio table and chairs perfect for dining al fresco or just enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple.
With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families or couples. It is equipped to a high standard with aircon/heating, fitted kitchen (with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave etc) and two bathrooms (one en suite). The comfortable lounge area seats 6 and has a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is famous for it's excellent year round climate, with over 320 days of sunshine, sandy beaches and wonderful golf courses. As one of Europes top holiday destinations it does provide something for everyone From the busy waterparks and main beaches to more secluded coves and inland gems such as the Sierra De Monchique hills and the historic town of Silves, the ancient capital.
Albufeira / Windmill Hill area
Albufeira is one of the Algarves' most popular resorts. The old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses, retains a distinctive portugese character. It has an abundance of restaurants (serving both local and international cuisine) and bars all of which are within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Windmill Hill is in a lovely quiet location. It has a beautiful pool area with bar selling drinks and snacks. There is also a couple of bars and restaurants in the immediate area and a supermarket just a few minutes walk away.
How to get there
Fly to Faro Airport which is served by a number of budget airlines from the UK. The apartment is situated to the west of Albufeira just above the old town. It is approx 46km from the airport. Taxi fare is about 30 euros and the travel time around 40 minutes.

20% deposit required at time of booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Check in is after 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure. Change over day flexible.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with balance of payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
