The apartment has been finished to a very high standard making it an extremely attractive holiday option for those clients looking for a high standard of accommodation in a well-known tourist area. The apartment benefits from two good-sized communal pools, one of which is for children in a private, secure garden and sunbathing area. It has one double and one twin bedroom as well as an extremely comfortable sofabed making it ideal for families, friends, couples and golfers. For added privacy it has keypad and video entry systems that are only accessible by tenants/residents. The famous 'Strip' and beaches are all within walking distance. The apartment has easy access to all amenities including the local market (2nd Tuesday of every month) and a huge variety of restaurants and bars.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve offers 160 km of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear waters, rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes. The South of Portugal was the last place to gain independence from the Moors in 1292, conquered by the King Dom Afonso III and even today traces of the Moorish presence are visible in the unique terraces, chimneys and whitewashed villas.
Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries. This brightly coloured and verdant region is filled with orange groves, almond trees in blossom, carob trees and fragrant pines as well as some cork farms which are still in operation today. For the sports enthusiasts, the Algarve has ideal conditions and top class facilities; the golf courses are superb and have a highly prized reputation.
Watersports are second to none with the West coast offering the best surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions. Above all, the Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches! Whatever your preference, you will find your personal paradise in the Algarve.
Albufeira / Corcovada area
Albufeira is the premier tourist town in the Algarve. It caters for international tourists with stunning golden, sandy beaches, miles of beautiful red stoned cliffs and rugged coves. The nearest beaches to Corcovada are Praia d'Oura and Santa Eulalia, both of which are 1km away. The tourist train also takes you to Fisherman's beach in the Old Town, which is close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
As for golf, the International Association of Golf Tour Operators voted it the 'Established golf destination of the year 2006'.
Albufeira offers far more than just sun and sea. Fresh fish is sold in the local markets, bars and restaurants sell authentic Portuguese food and wine at reasonable prices (restaurant recommendations supplied). With golf courses designed by international masters, water sports supported by a state-of-the-art marina and other outdoor activities such as walking, horse-riding, bird watching, cycling available, the Algarve has plenty for you to do all year round.

Welcome packs can be provided on arrival as well as welcome packs catered for babies and young children. Baby equipment can also be hired.
A representative from ARM Portugal will be on hand to meet and greet you at the apartment.
Linen and towels included, although guests must provide their own pool and beach towels.
A linen/towel change with basic clean is included for those bookings of 2 weeks or more. This service does not apply for bookings during the Low season.
We have 2 other apartments available, 1 x 2 bedrooms and 1x 3 bedroom penthouse, please enquire for details.
Conditions
A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is to be paid in conjunction with final balance payment. This will be refunded up to 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
