The apartment, due for completion in April 2008, overlooks the beach in Olhos de Agua, which can be reached by steps or lift down to street level which leads to the beach.
This apartment will be furnished to a high standard complete with double bed in the bedroom, which unzips to 2 singles if preferred, a double sofa bed in the lounge, fully equipped kitchen including oven and dishwasher, bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. All rooms have air conditioning units.
The large sun terrace has amazing sea views and overlooks the pool area which can be reached by steps or lift. The terrace is furnished with modern outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers. Private underground parking with lift access.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area
The property is located in the provence of Olhos d'Agua a fishermans village situated between Albufeira and Vilamoura. The village and it's surrounding areas boast numerous restaurants many of which serve traditional portugese food and offer a peaceful relaxing atmosphere whilst the hustle and bustle of Albufeira remains just a 5 minute drive away. The stunning views across the warm Atlantic Ocean will keep you occupied for hours, as they progress through the spectrum from dusk til dawn.

Albufeira town is 1km, around 20 mins walk. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Along with the lively 'Strip' containing many bars, restaurants & nightclubs.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 am) is about 20mins drive away, with free parking. There are many other activities and attractions within 30 mins drive, such as: Zoomarine Park. Two Waterslide Parks. Horse riding over the sand dunes. Water sports & jet ski. Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira marina and Vilamoura marina we just centred between the two 10-20 min drive. Krazy World (zoo & mini golf). River trips, Jeep Safaris, Sea day trips with barbecue on a secluded beach. Excursions to local markets and other places of interest in the Algarve, to Seville and Lisbon.

A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is to be paid in conjunction with final balance payment. This will be refunded up to 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
