This charming villa occupies an elevated position along a quiet residential street, and only a few minutes ( 10-20) walking distance from amenities and the famous "Strip".
For golfers, there are several Golf Resorts , only 20 minutes drive away.
Off the entrance lobby of the house there is a shower room and a bedroom with two single beds, ideal for two children. The spacious and very attractive open-plan lounge / dining room is on a sunken level, with a beautiful wood burner fireplace.
A twin bedroom with en suite bathroom is off the lounge. The dining area is served by a fully equipped Kitchen, beyond which is a utility room, plus a cloakroom. Upstairs this villa has a second living area with a double sofa bed and a TV; a sun terrace; a double bedroom with en suite shower room; and a master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and access to the terrace.
All bedrooms at Casa Rebelo have air conditioning/heating for your confort.
Outside, a covered terrace off the lounge overlooks the private pool and surrounding garden, where you will also find sun loungers, patio furniture and a built in barbecue for your alfresco meals by the pool.
The games room in the basement has a snooker and a ping pong table for your enjoyment and relaxation.

For your security Casa Rebelo is fitted with a sophisticated alarm which protects you even while you sleep.
A tennis & snooker table will be available for your enjoyment in a games room.
The villa will be cleaned when you check in and there will be a mid week change of towels. Beach towels are not provided.
Additional excess cleaning, due to negligence behaviour on the part of the holiday makers, will be charged for on departure and deducted from the breakage deposit.
The villa is a non smoking property. However, smoking is allowed in the outside areas of the property (garden, pool area or terraces).

Pool heating is free. However the swimming pool will not be heated during the period 16/06/2010 to 15/09/2010.
Please note that the swimming pool has been fitted with a pool heat pump making the water 3ºC to 5ºC warmer, around noon, compared to a non heated pool in low season.
Should you decide to hire a car, there are parking facilities in the driveway, inside the property.

Airport transfers can be arranged by you or by owner . As a guide line , the following are the transfer prices from one of the operators:

Conditions
I do not accept short term bookings (less then 7 nights).
25% non refundable deposit to secure your booking ,and balance 60 days days before occupancy date.
I will be able to take payment by credit/debit card through Paypal (there is a charge for this service) or by bank transfer.
300 Euros security deposit to cover breakages. This amount will be fully returned, one week after your departure, subject to satisfactory property and inventory inspection.
Please note that wilful behaviour or negligence will not be covered by the breakage deposit, but will be charged in full at local rates of repair.

The Algarve is well known for its beautiful climate, unlimited leisure facilities for all ages, and kind-hearted hospitality from the local people.
Gorgeous beaches, with vast stretches of golden sand along the coast, secluded coves and amazing cliffs,make the seaside well worth exploring, or venture to the hills to discover quaint villages, pine forests and vineyards.
Outdoor sports and leisure activities are in abundance in the Algarve. Water slide parks, horse riding, balls, tennis and many others . The Central Algarve is literally a golfers paradise with more then ten courses to choose from within 7 to 20 Km from Albufeira.

Casa Rebelo although in a quiet secluded street, is very close ( maximum 10 minutes walk) to all the amenities and the attractions of Albufeira, i.e, Praia da Oura Beach, The Strip, The Bull Ring, a.s.o...
From Albufeira, tickets are available from many shops for day trips to many activities including: water slide parks, karting, horse riding, bowling and others. Should you prefer shopping or spiritual trips you book many day trips by bus for example : To Seville, Fatima or the fabulous mountain region of Monchique.
An experience not to be missed are the local gipsy markets which take place fortnightly in Albufeira and Quarteira. Indeed if you want to spend a day shopping you can avail of the regular daily bus trip to either Faro or Algarve shopping centre. The local beaches have great water activities from jet ski, banana boats and para gliding.
Golfers are spoilt for choice with a dozen of the best golf courses within 15 to 30 minutes drive.

An excellent base, and great location within walking distance of the nearby "strip". 8 guys had a great time, between the pool, table tennis, and the pool table. Pool was heated to perfection, and there were plenty of loungers available for us all. Well equipped kitchen (which we did use!!), plenty of toilets, (which were also well used!!), We liked it so much, we've booked again for May 2012. |

"My family and friends stayed in this villa in June 2010. We had a lovely holiday and have rebooked for June 2011. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for your stay. The swimming pool and patio area was ideal for barbecues in the sun. There was also lilo's and inflaable boats to enjoy.
Each bedroom has its own toilet and bathroom facilities and towells were plentiful.
I recommend this villa as an ideal holiday home. It is also only a short walk to the shops and nightlife. We are all looking forward to our next holiday in Portugal. "
We have just returned from a fantastic week at Villa Rebelo, we had 7 adults and 1 child and with the size of the villa we had so much room. When we arrived the villa was spotless, the beds were all made up for us and there was clean towels for everyone. Each bathroom had soap and toilet rolls ready to use and as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen there was a box of dishwasher tablets available. The villa was so well equipped, including highchairs, pushchairs, travel cots, iron, ironing board infact everything you need and cuts down on the amount of luggage you need to bring. There is a huge games room down stairs which includes a pool table and table tennis table with all the equipment and as we had two eighteen year olds with us the villa catered for everyone. Outside is a lovely swimming pool which we had heated and we were able to swim in it no matter what time of day it was or what the weather was as it was so warm, also the outside was well equipped with loungers, table and chairs, barbeque and was surrounded by lush grass and plants. There is a maid service which includes changing the towels and cleaning through the villa. We had digital television and there were plenty of books to read. The villa is set in a quiet residential street and is only a 10 minute walk to the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The owner is a really nice person who could not do enough for us, he even called us taxis when we could not make ourselves understood. We cannot praise him enough and we are all very sad to leave. We know that we will return again and again and will regard the owner as a friend. Go and try it you will not be dissapointed and we cannot wait to go back.
