Albufeira / Branqueira area

'New' Albufeira, affectionately known as the strip, has a famous thoroughfare which stretches past scores of shops, bars, restaurants and disco's whilst the 'old' town still retains some of its traditional charm with its narrow cobbled streets and quaint whitewashed houses leading down to a central square.

There are seven beaches in and around Albufeira and watersports are widely available. Shopping is plentiful with souvenirs in abundance and market days selling traditional ceramics and jewellery. Nightlife, sunshine and beaches and just some of the guaranteed features of Albufeira. Its the best place to be if you're looking for the liveliest clubs, bars and floorshows.
