About the home

Our lovely apartment sleeps 6 comfortably, with two large bedrooms and a spacious lounge with sofa bed. The apartment is air conditioned (with heat function for winter), has a modern kitchen with Siemens appliances, has electric window shutters and central vacuuming throughout. It benefits from being in a secure environment with door security entry, cctv cameras, cool underground parking if you want to hire a car (though this is not necessary) and has shared swimming pools with comfortable loungers, landscaped gardens, a small playground and crazy golf onsite. Perfect for family holidays and for couples to relax while nightlife is easily reached.

Bedroom 1 has choice of one king or two twin beds, large wardrobe and drawer space. It has an en-suite bathroom attached for privacy as well as a balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, large wardrobe and drawer space.
The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with two sofas (one is sofa bed), dining table and chairs to seat 6 and a TV with sky channels and DVD player for your use.
Bedroom 1 and the lounge have balconies with tables and chairs.
The kitchen is fitted out with Siemens appliances (cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave) and is furnished with HTH Danish units plus breakfast bar and seating.
The lounge and both bedrooms have electric shutters which keep the rooms cool and dark when required.

The complex is well laid out with landscaped gardens, cool underground parking for all apartments, secure door entry system and lifts. There is cctv in the public areas for security. There is a snack bar, children's playground and crazy golf onsite at Corcovada Club.

Linen and towels changed weekly. Guests are required to provide their own pool/beach towels.
Welcome packs and airport transfers are available at extra cost when booked in advance.

Conditions

30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking.
Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellation policy applies.
£200 security deposit is required and will be refunded (less damages).
Apartment is available from 3pm on day of arrival. Departure is 11am. Exceptions to this must be cleared in advance with the owner.
Smoking is only allowed on the balconies please.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has over 300 days of sunshine a year which makes it an ideal holiday destination year round. It is famous for its seafood, it's white sandy beaches and water sports. Boasting more than 20 golf courses in the region makes it a favouite with golfers.

The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

Albufeira's central location makes it easy to travel round the Algarve easily. Public transport is good and car hire is at reasonable rates if you wish to travel further afield. There is an abundance of bars, clubs and restaurants to be found on the 'Strip' just 250m away from Corcovada or the Old Town is just a bus ride away. Tourist attractions nearby include Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash, Almancil Karting and Lagos Zoo. For golfers the courses at Salgados, Pine Cliffs and Balaia are all nearby.

“Fantastic holiday in a lovely appartment set in an ideal location!” We stayed here from 30th of September for 2 weeks. It is very comfortable & has everything you need for a holiday including a well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could think of. Our airport transfers were organised by the owner along with a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. We especially liked the book that has been set up to give you all the information you need about the area, where the local supermarkets are etc. We really appreciated the reviews of restaurants not only telling us which were good value & worth trying but also highlighting any that maybe weren't so good. The appartment is set in an ideal location only 5 mins walk to the main strip with lots of restaurants & bars. The beach is about 20 mins walk which we only went to once as we had a great sized pool area which suited us down to the ground. The old town was a real surprise to us as you normally expect this to be very quiet with not much to see or do. This was totally the opposite! During the day it's perfect for walking on the beach & having a lovely lunch at any one of the beach front restaurants & at night the whole place just comes alive! We actually preferred the old town to the main strip & pretty much had our evening meal here most of the time. We cannot recommend this appartment or the location highly enough & are definitely looking at visiting again next year! “Outstanding value for money” The apartment is in immaculate condition and easily accommodated for a group of six. Having a well sized lounge/dining area and kitchen fully equipped with appliances, it created a home away from home feel (despite only staying for a week). The pool area was never too busy, in my time there, so not getting a lounger by the pool was never a problem. Location-wise the apartment is ideal, close enough to the restaurants and bars to easily walk to but far enough to be able to escape from the noise of the strip of bars and clubs. “Very comfortable apartment” We stopped in this apartment for 7 weeks, it really felt like home from home, although overlooking the road the views were lovely, for a winter let this apartment is ideal the sun is on it until about 4.00pm so very nice to sit on the balcony and relax. The furnishing were very nice and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, we would have no hesitation in booking again. The owner is very friendly and her caretaking staff very helpful, we go every year to this area and I have to say this is the best apartment we have had in 13 years. Response: Thank you. “More than a home from home!” What an amazing apartment. More than a home from home. All mod cons, brilliant location and excellent value for money. The complex is very quiet, yet only 500 yards from the hustle and bustle of "The Strip". There are so many great restaurants nearby, all detailed in the guide in the apartment. Our only gripe was that we were only there for a week. Perfect for families as there is a pool and park within the complex, supermarket is within easy reach if you want to cook in the apartment, DVD player and Sky TV.
