The Algarve region
The Algarve has over 300 days of sunshine a year which makes it an ideal holiday destination year round. It is famous for its seafood, it's white sandy beaches and water sports. Boasting more than 20 golf courses in the region makes it a favouite with golfers.
Albufeira / Central Albufeira area
Albufeira's central location makes it easy to travel round the Algarve easily. Public transport is good and car hire is at reasonable rates if you wish to travel further afield. Their is an abundance of bars, clubs and restaurants to be found on the 'Strip' just 250m away from Corcovada or the Old Town is just a bus ride away. Tourist attractions nearby include Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash, Almancil Karting and Lagos Zoo. For golfers the courses at Salgados, Pine Cliffs and Balaia are all nearby.

Most budget airlines fly to Faro including EasyJet, Ryanair, Aer Lingus, BMI, BA, FlyB, Globespan and Jet2 from regional airports.

Further details indoors: Bedroom 1 has choice of one king or two twin beds, large wardrobe and drawer space. It has an en-suite bathroom attached for privacy and a balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, large wardrobe and drawer space. The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with two sofas (one is sofa bed), dining table and chairs to seat 6 and a TV with sky channels and DVD player for your use. Bedroom 1 and the lounge have balconies with tables and chairs. The kitchen is fitted out with Siemens appliances (cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave) and is furnished with HTH Danish units plus breakfast bar and seating. The lounge and both bedrooms have electric shutters which keep the rooms cool and dark when required.

Linen and towels changed weekly. Guests are required to provide their own pool/beach towels. Welcome packs and airport transfers are available if booked in advance.
Conditions
30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. £200 security deposit is required and will be refunded (less damages). Apartment is available from 3pm on day of arrival. Departure is 11am. Exceptions to this must be cleared in advance with the owner. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies please.
