The view alone will make you want to return to this villa again and again. Situated high on the hill at Cerro D'Aguia or "Eagle Point", an area also known as "Millionaires' Row", you will have a fantastic outlook from every point of the villa. It is a mixture of modern and traditional combining in a homely atmosphere throughout. It has 4 bedrooms – 3 twins and 1 double. There is also a separate annexe to the villa which will accommodate a further 4. This is not let separately, only as an addition to the villa. There are terraces all around the villa – some open and some shaded, giving you the choice to soak up the sun or somewhere to cool off or dine al fresco in the shade. The pool area is particularly private and not overlooked, offering the serious sunbathers the perfect opportunity for an "all over" tan!
Located just 2 kilometres or so west of Albufeira, it is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, but having something lively nearby to visit as and when you wish.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is one of the sunniest places in Europe, with over 3,000 sunshine hours per year. The summers can be hot, but there is usually a refreshing breeze by the coast. Spring and Autumn is an ideal time for outdoor pursuits, such as golfing, biking, walking. The winters are mild and very often sunny, but do expect a few rainy days any time between October and March.
The Atlantic coastline offers a spectacular variation of scenery from dramatic limestone cliff formations surrounding tiny coves, to long, flat, sandy beaches ideal and safe for family holidays.
Go inland, and the mountains of Monchique provide a totally different viewpoint (and on some days a totally different climate) to the coastal areas. The terrain here makes it ideal for all types of activities, from off–road biking, hiking and quad biking to walking and simply enjoying the spectacular scenery.
The western facing side of the Algarve is certainly worth a visit. The beaches are beautiful and clean and the scenery fantastic – but be prepared for more wind and colder water! A favourite spot for windsurfers.
Go east of Faro and you will find the Ria Formosa, a protected part of the coast cut off from the sea by sand–spits, forming large areas of marshlands and lagoons teeming with wildlife.
Further east beyond Tavira the coast runs off towards Spain with mile after mile of Golden flat sand.
Albufeira / Pateo area
Cerro d'Aguia is located about 2kms west of Albfeira. It is a quiet, residential area sitting high on the hill above Albufeira, its Marina and São Rafael. As well as the choice of beaches, restaurants, bars etc. in Albufeira, Pateo is close by where there are some good restaurants. The beautiful beaches of São Rafael and Gale (as well as others in between) are a short drive. The Marina is also a few minutes in the car.
For the golfers in your party Salgados, an 18 hole links course is just a 5 minute drive. The 9 hole courses of Balaia and Pinecliffs are about 15 minutes in the car. Others, such as the 5 award winning courses of Vilamoura, and in the opposite direction Vale de Milho, are no more than a 30 minute drive
Many of the Algarve’s attractions are within easy reach – Zoomarine, where you can swim with the dolphins, Water parks, Krazyworld, numerous excursions, safari trips, diving, horseriding, tennis and more.
How to get there
Faro is the nearest airport - 40km and the journey from the airport to the villa takes about 40 minutes. Many airlines fly to Faro e.g. Monarch, Easyjet, Ryanair, British Airways, Jet2, Flythomascook, Aer Lingus, Flybe, BMI, Flygloespan. Take a look at www.skyscanner.net. This compares all prices and takes away the need to initially log on to separate sites individually to see which airline is flying and when.
Airport Transfers and Car Hire can be arranged if required. If you don't wish to drive from the airport or require a car for only part of your stay we can arrange for a hire car to be delivered to the villa.
Lisbon is about 2.5 hours by car and there are good rail and coach links (both very cheap).

Further details indoors: The ground floor is split level with a spacious lounge with galleried reading area. This has large patio windows leading out onto one of the terraces. The dining area is stepped up from the lounge.
The 3 twin bedrooms are on the ground floor. Also on this level there is 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room and in addition there is a separate toilet. The double bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a large en-suite bathroom with a free standing bath positioned by the window enjoying fabulous panoramic views over the marina and the sea.
Further details outdoors: The large private pool is set in a position overlooking the valley and towards the sea.

Towels and linen are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Maid service is twice weekly. Linen is changed once a week and towels twice.
On the day of arrival access to the villa is usually at 3.30 pm. On your day of departure you are asked to vacate by 10.30am. However, whenever possible we try to accommodate you according to your flight times.
On booking we ask for a 20% deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. At this point a refundable damage deposit of £250 is also payable. This is refunded in full within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday, providing no damage/breakages have occurred.
