The Algarve region
The Algarve is known for its weather and beaches also its nightlife.The algarve also has a long history and links to the moors and Spanish regarding culture and roman ruins.
The beaches are of golden sand and many coved beaches run along the coast .The weather is good for about 300 days sunshine a year making the climate good all year around.
Albufeira / Corcovada area
Albuferia has many aqua parks such as the famous Zoo Marine with its interactive dolphins and water slides or aqua land with over 20 water slides.There are daily excursions to markets,shopping to lisbon,whale watching, fishing, cave boats which isan excellent day out.
Then you could try sir cliff Richards vinyard and have a drink with Sir Cliff himself. Then you could visit Pera which has a sand festival held every year from June to October and artists from all over the world take part and design sculptures in sand and themes.
Cocovada gives you that warm feeling and makes your holiday special. The famous strip is 5 minutes away for those who want an active nightlife with clubs and bars or the old town is a 5 minute taxi ride costing 4 euros for more cultural nightlife and live entertainment.

The local airport is 25 kms away and runs a bus service but we can arrange airport transfers,taxi,car hire.All major airlines fly to faro from europe.
