Home description
This villa offers two storey accommodation with a split level ground floor. Two of the bedrooms (both with en suite facilities ) are situated on the first floor. The villa is bright and spacious. The large living room is well- equipped with sofas, a television with some satellite channels, and DVD player. Patio doors lead from here to a lovely shaded terrace adjacent to the villa. Off this room is a dining area with dining table and chairs. There is one double bedroom and one twin room on this floor, both sharing a family bathroom which has bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin and bidet.
Montejuntos is semi-detached property, situated in beautiful secluded gardens.
The kitchen overlooks the pool, with a door to outside, and has space for a breakfast table and chairs. It comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

Vale de Parra is a pretty countryside area with beautiful beaches nearby such as Praia da Gale, Sao Rafael, Castelo and Salgados with there incredible red sandstone cliffs, these beaches are some of the best in the Algarve. A wider selection of shops is available at Algarve Shopping centre at nearby Guia, a short drive from Albufeira. This double storey shopping mall has over a hundred shops including some recognizable international brands. There is also a bowling alley here, a hypermarket, restaurants and a cinema which shows films in English with subtitles.
Our villa management office is 1.30Km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. We sell also tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices.

Further details outdoors: The gardens are pleasant and well established with natural shade being provided by trees and palms at the edge of the lawn.
The Roman ended swimming pool is flanked by a sun terrace and lawn, with ample space for sunbathing on the sun beds and chairs set out beside the pool. Also in the pool area is a convenient outdoor shower and built-in barbecue.
