“Brilliant!!” Perfectly positioned, near enough to the bars, shops and local mini market but without any noise from the road or surroundings. The beach is a nice walk and is really clean with some lovely bars.... more

“Comfortable and modern apartment” A smooth transfer from the airport. The apartment was modern, clean and really comfortable and a five min walk from the strip. The old town was a twenty min walk and had loads of shops restaurants and bars. Had a lovely ten days, going to beach or relaxing by the pool. Returned feeling very refreshed.

“5 star apartment without the price tag!!!!!” I've now stayed at this apartment twice and looking at booking again this year. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was more than happy with appliances available ie. dishwasher, washer, sky, surround sound, making my stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. All the information given to me before my stay was correct this is an apartment (as stated) not villa so i was fully aware the pool was shared however the pool area was nice and private and a real sun trap, for both my weeks there i only ever saw a few people mostly the maintenence men. The Aparament is ideally located as it is just a short 10 minute walk away from the beach, restaurants and bars yet still in a quiet area. As someone who has travelled very well and also been a guest at the "Burj Al Arab" in Dubai which is a 7 star hotel i stand by my word when i say this Apartment is a high 5 star rating. I now have friends that have also enjoyed holidays at this apartment and only have good comments about it. The owners of the aparment couldn't have been more helpful and i really felt they were there if i had any questions or concerns, i will be booking again!

“very disappointed with the outside space and pool” Prior to booking we were lead to believe from the advert that the property had a private outside area, in fact the advert states "patio doors lead onto a private courtyard complete with its own fountain" this is incorrect as the courtyard is a communal one and is overlooked by about 10 other apartments with people regularly walking passed. The pool was dirty because the filter/skimmer was not working and we were told by other residents that this was due to a leak in the pool. As a result there was a massive dirty tide mark around the inside of the pool rendering it unusable.The pool is also used by 6 apartments and there was only 6 sunlougers around the small poolside. Response: There are two blocks of 6 apartments. my apartment has a patio with a courtyard. there is one apartment directly opposite, with 2 above and no veranda Use of the pool is allowed by 6 apartments only. I have a management company who look after the pool, at no time was i informed there was a problem with the pool, had i been informed, obviously i would have contacted my management company to sort the problem. I cannot comment on the hearsay of some one i dont know, however, if i knew there was a problem with the pool, why would i not do something about it ? there should be enough sunbeds for the 6 apartments.I have had 20 seperate families this year, and not one complaint. I was at the apartment myself 3 weeks ago and had a very enjoyable and quiet holiday, as have many more families over the 3 years i have been renting
