Excellently located one bed apartment that is perfect for families, couples, individuals and golfers. It has its own private pool and small children's pool. The apartment has its own south facing balcony with sea and mountain views. It has twin beds plus double bed settee also with one other pull out bed. A cot and high chair are also available at request for a small fee. It is within a ten minute walk of Gale beach and even closer to Everisto and Castelo beaches.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is the southermost region of mainland Portugal and covers an area of 200 KM of Atlantic coastline, it has a climate similar to the mediterranean enjoying over three hundred days of sunshine a year. The charm of the people plus the lively social nightlife and many top class restaurants has persuaded many people off all nationalities to move to Albufiera . It has something to offer everyone with its beutiful beaches, varied water sports, golf courses and relaxed and stress free atmosphere plus the glorious cuisine.

Albufeira area

Within the district of Gale which is in Albufiera, you can walk to the long sandy beach of Gale within ten minutes or there are thre other beaches within five minutes. The area has some of the best restaurants in The Algarve that cater for all tastes and price ranges. Algarve shopping is within a fifteen minute drive as are The Zoo and Waterpark. Salgados golf couse is only five minutes away and there are other courses a little bit further. The Old Town can be reached within a five minute drive and taxis are very cheap.

How to get there

Distance from Faro airport is no more than thirty minute drive, with easy access off motorway A22. From airport head for Albufier, then follow the signs for Gale, Sesmarias, the new marina will be to the right. There are a number of cheap airlines. Including, Easyjet, Jet 2, Flyglobespan, Thompson, Monarch.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that includes all utensils and dining area. It has a double sized bedroom with twin beds. The lounge has a double bed settee with TV, DVD, X BOX, MUSIC CENTRE, with lots of films, c ds and games plus a large selection of books, dining table with chairs and fireplace. Bathroom with shower, bath, bidet mirror and vanity unit. The apartment can be secured with metal shutters that also cut out any out side noise.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment is on a small complex, set in its own well maintained gardens with a fair sized pool with small children's area. There are two very good restaurants on the complex plus a bar selling snacks and a mini-market. There is also a office to book all of your excursions to The zoomarine, scuba diving clubs, fishing, sailing, Algarve Shopping, water sports plus many other places of interest. It is within a two minute walk of several very good restaurants plus bars. Gale beach is less than a ten minute walk and Castelo and Everista beach are only five minutes walking away.

Further details

20% deposit is required on booking, balance due eight weeks before holiday commences. £100 cheque against any damages is required and is fully refunded two weeks after completion of holiday if no damage. Transfers from Faro Airport can be arranged for about thirty euros each way in a mini bus that carries twelve.

£100 cheque is required against damages, this will be returned two weeks after completion of holiday, as long as nothing has been damaged. A deposit of 30% is required and full payment of the rest eight weeks to commencement of holiday. A key can be posted which on return deposit against damages will be returned. A map and full directions will be sent plus reciept for deposit and full payment.
