The weather is great most of the year (average yearly temperature 22.3C). April/May/October/November its in the lower 20sC, June/July/August/September upper 20sC - 35C or more. If you are lucky you can lay on the beach enjoying the sun on Christmas day!
Apart from the wealth of available water sports facilities (the marinas of Vilamoura and Lagos deserve special mention, amongst the various ports and harbours), there are other alternatives, such as tennis courts, famous golf courses, luxury hotels or quaint holiday resorts and an exciting nightlife.

Further details indoors: From the first floor, a secluded rooftop terrace can be reached, providing private sunbathing and views of the open countryside.The modern kitchen is extensively equipped with all you will require, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave etc.
The large and comfortable lounge leads through wide French doors to the dining terrace, garden and pool. All windows are fitted with insect screening and external security shutters.
Further details outdoors: The grounds of this Villa provide a delightful, secluded and relaxing environment. The main feature is the kidney shaped swimming pool and adjoining sun patio equipped with sunbeds and patio furniture.
The well maintained gardens include a lawned area, open air barbecue and even a small herb garden. A gated drive provides private parking for two vehicles.

To Book the villa a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, a 7 day period is allocated to receive deposit money. The balance payment and a breakage deposit of £300.00 is required 8 weeks before departure. The breakage deposit is fully refunderble 7/10 days after vacating the villa.
