About the home

Pure Luxury! This 3 bedroom villa has a private tennis court and 4,50 metre x 11 metre private pool, nestled on a 2.500 sqm retreat. Surrounded by subtropical gardens,peace and quiet and still under 10 minutes drive to beaches , Albufeira Old Town with it's wide selection of restaurants and night life, and Algarve shopping (Algarve´s largest shopping centre) . Balaia Golf is a 5 min. drive away, and Vilamoura with it's wide array of world class golf courses is a 10 min. drive. The villa is fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished. The pool has a cover to ensure safety for the toddlers and keeping the water a 5 to 7 degrees centigrade warmer than a conventional uncovered pool.The BBQ next to the pool is ideal for meals at home on the large terrace overlooking the pool, and for winter stays a beautiful log fire provides a great atmosphere. Cot, high chair and pram are provided upon request.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Albufeira originally a small fishing town is now a small city where one can find almost anything. The famous Oura Strip offers an array of shops, restaurants and cosy bars. The old town Albufeira and fisherman's beach still give a glimpse of the past with more traditional shops and restaurants. Around Albufeira you will find the Algarve shopping in Guia where you can shop till you drop. There also are water and theme parks where one can have a great family day out,most of the parks offer transport from Albufeira to the parks.

The Albufeira / Branqueira area

Torre de Mosqueira finds itself a 1 minute drive from Branqueira,where you can find a Mini Market, drugstore and other small local Shops. The house is a 5 min walk away from the local restaurant were one can have traditional Portuguese food at night or have a lunch with a choice of local dishes of the day.

“Great Premises for Family hols” Easy to find from Faro, quick to get there. The premises are comfortable, very well equipped and secure, we had no worries as a family (with Childrens friends) of 7 for the week. Villa was clean and tidy, the beds comfortable, and the airconditioning in the living room was very welcome. The pool was big enough to keep all of us happy, noting that the deep end is very deep...great for diving, but families with small children should be aware. Also, the pool is not seperately fenced - again no problem for us, but The full sized tennis court was great fun for us right up until light stopped play each day. The town of Albufeira is a short drive (maybe 5 minutes, lots of parking available in town) with lots to see and do there. The location of the Villa would suit those that want a peaceful place rather than the bustle of beachside or town centre. We loved it, made a great base for exploring the region by car. The owners are very amenable and friendly. One small problem was dealt with in minutes by Tim. We hope to return soon.
