This luxury penthouse is right on the beach near Praia da Oura,there is one big main pool on sight with lovely landscaped gardens.Step out of your holiday apartment directly on to the beach.Walking distance from the Oura strip with all the shopping,restaurant and entertainment facilities you will need for a great holiday.(other units available)

Facilities

Further details indoors:
Once a week cleaning,linnen and towels changed. For those young parents we have available cots,highchairs,and stroller free of charge. If needed please ask about availability.

The old town Albufeira and fishermans beach still give a glimpse of the past with more traditional shops and restaurants. Around Albufeira you will find the Algarve shopping in Guia where you can shop till you drop. There also are water and themeparks where one can have a great family day out,most of the parks offer transport from Albufeira to the parks.

“This is what they call relaxing.” Real summer has been arriving, but would like letting you know folks that I had a stay of 10 days in apartment 42 and absolutely loved it! This was in May this year. The view is unbeatable, could not get enough of just sitting on the balcony and enjoying. The furniture is new, the apartment was clean and the location was great as very close to shops and restaurants. The only downside was the weather which was a bit cold, would definately return sometime soon! Thanks to the owners, I found them friendly and assisting. Regards. John

“Not as advertised” No indoor heated pool which we paid extra for.... no beach bar...no information about local shops doctors etc...not for people with walking difficulties... a mile from the nearest shop and restaurant. Had to get taxis everywhere...no oven...Owner said he would come and see me last day didn't show up. Taxi was late picking us up. Response: With all due respect I would like to clarify the following: We do not advertise that the indoor pool is heated. We do not and have never charged extra for heated indoor pool. There is a beach bar however as most beach bars in Portugal it does not open in the winter, the guest who wrote the review stayed with us in December/ January. We advertise that it is a 10 min walk to the Oura Strip, which requires walking. There is an information sheet in the apartment with information and contact numbers for taxi, emergency, nearest restaurants and shops and a map. We stopped by the day before clients left to say goodbye and ask if they required any assistance.
