Home description

Brand new duplex V3 in the Magnolia Village condominium. Fully air conditioned, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
Situated in a quite residential area but close to the seaside, close to Golf courses and to Albufeira city, with it’s shops, bars, restaurants and night life.

This townhouse is well equipped with all the small things that will make your holiday an unforgettable one. Being the last townhouse of the row, (see pictures) has a huge terrace on the side and also on the back of the house, where you find a private Barbecue.
Inside on the ground floor, you will find a large living room, one bathroom with shower, one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the 1st floor there are more 2 bedrooms, each one with its en suite bathrooms and small balcony.
All the rooms are fully air conditioned and with electric blinds.

There is an underground garage with space for 2 cars and with indoor direct access to the house.
The condominium has a shared swimming pool for adults and another for children.
Satelite TV
House cleaning done twice per week and linen changed once per week.

Situado em uma área residencial, mas muito perto do litoral, perto de campos de golfe e da cidade de Albufeira, com as suas lojas, bares, restaurantes e vida nocturna.
Esta casa está bem equipada com todas as pequenas coisas que tornarão as suas férias inesquecível. Sendo a última vivenda geminada da linha, (ver fotos) tem um grande terraço ao lado e também na parte de trás da casa, onde você encontrará um barbecue privado.
No rés do chão, vai encontrar uma grande sala, um WC com chuveiro, um quarto e uma cozinha totalmente equipada. No 1 º andar existem mais 2 quartos, cada um com o seu wc e pequena varanda. Existe uma garagem subterrânea com espaço para 2 carros e com acesso directo ao interior da casa. O condomínio tem uma piscina partilhada para adultos e outra para crianças. Televisão por satélite. A limpeza é feita duas vezes por semana e mudanca de roupa uma vez por semana

Das Stadthaus ist gut ausgestattet mit all den kleinen Dingen, wird Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich machen. Als letzten townhouse der Reihe (siehe Fotos) hat eine große Terrasse auf der Seite und auch auf der Rückseite des Hauses, wo Sie ein privates Grill.
Innen im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Auf der 1. Etage gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad und kleinem Balkon. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage mit Platz für 2 Autos mit Innen-und einen direkten Zugang zum Haus. Die Eigentumswohnung hat einen gemeinsamen Pool für Erwachsene und einen für Kinder. Sat-TV. Haus Reinigung erfolgt zweimal pro Woche und Bettwäsche einmal pro Woche.

Situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale ma vicino al mare, vicino a campi da golf e di Albufeira città, con i suoi negozi, bar, ristoranti e vita notturna.
Questa cittadina è ben attrezzato con tutte le piccole cose che renderanno la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Essendo l'ultim della fila, (vedi foto) ha una grande terrazza sul lato e sul retro della casa, dove si trova un barbecue privato.
All'interno al piano terra, si trova un ampio soggiorno, un bagno con doccia, una camera da letto e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Il 1 ° piano ci sono più 2 camere da letto, ognuna con il suo bagno privato e piccolo balcone. Vi è un garage sotterraneo con spazio per 2 auto e coperto con accesso diretto alla casa. Il condominio ha una piscina per adulti e un'altra per i bambini. TV satellitare. Casa pulizia effettuata due volte a settimana e cambio della biancheria una volta a settimana.

Situé dans un quartier résidentiel, mais assez proche de la mer, à proximité de terrains de golf et la ville de Albufeira, avec ses magasins, bars, restaurants et sa vie nocturne.
Cette maison de ville est bien équipé avec toutes les petites choses qui feront de vos vacances un moment inoubliable. Elle se trouve la dernière rangée de la ligne, (voir photos) a une grande terrasse sur le côté et aussi sur l'arrière de la maison, où vous trouverez un barbecue.
Dans le rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un grand salon, une salle de bains avec douche, une chambre et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Au 1er étage il ya plus de 2 chambres, chacune avec sa salle de bains et petit balcon. Il ya un garage souterrain de l'espace pour 2 voitures et avec un accès direct à l'intérieur de la maison. Le complexe est doté d'une piscine pour adultes et une autre pour les enfants. TV par satellite. Faire le ménage deux fois par semaine et le linge changé une fois par semaine.

Esta casa está bien equipada con todas las pequeñas cosas que harán de sus vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable. Siendo la última casa de la fila, (ver fotos) tiene una enorme terraza en la cara y también en la parte trasera de la casa, donde encontrará un BBQ.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europe’s best golf courses (20+), “Monchique” moutain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.
Although the Algarve is well know for its “sun and sea” offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15 Km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, wich was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.
Albufeira town with the Marina is 10 Km around, 10 min. drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon- Sun until 12.00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants, only 15 min. drive.
Zoomarine Park (sea life): 15 mi. Drive; Two watershide Park: 15 and 20 min drive. Horse riding over the sand dunes: 15 min. drive; Water sports & jet ski one Galé Beach, etc
Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira Marina just 10 min drive;
Krazy world (zoo & mini golf): 20 min. Drive; River trips, Jeep Safaris, sea day trips with barbecue on a secluded beach.

Albufeira / Branqueira area

The house is located just east of Albufeira close to Balaia Golf Course, Sta. Eulalia and the bustling fishing village of Olhos da Água.

Balaia Golf Course is a few minutes by car down the road. For those of you who enjoy other sport then tennis is available nearby at Quinta da Balaia and horse riding at Vale Navio.

The beaches at Albufeira, Sta. Eulalia, Olhos de Água and Falesia are a short drive. At many of these beaches there is a variety of water sports on offer.

There is an abundance of restaurants and bars in Albufeira with something to suit all tastes. Olhos de Água also offers a good choice. A bit further along the coast you will come to Vilamoura (about 15 minutes driving) which hosts 5 award winning golf courses.
Here there is also a lively marina with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and where you can pick up many water borne day trips e.g fishing and sailing.

From Faro the house is approximately a 40 minute drive.

Car hire is the easiest option.

Alternatively, if you do not want to drive from the airport, we can arrange an airport transfer and then have a car delivered to the house
