Home description
Brand new duplex V3 in the Magnolia Village condominium. Fully air conditioned, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Situated in a quite residential area but close to the seaside, close to Golf courses and to Albufeira city, with it’s shops, bars, restaurants and night life.
This townhouse is well equipped with all the small things that will make your holiday an unforgettable one. Being the last townhouse of the row, (see pictures) has a huge terrace on the side and also on the back of the house, where you find a private Barbeque. Inside on the ground floor, you will find a large living room, one bathroom with shower, one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor there are more 2 bedrooms, each one with its en suite bathrooms and small balcony. All the rooms are fully air conditioned and with electric blinds.
There is an underground garage with space for 2 cars and with indoor direct access to the house. The condominium has a shared swimming pool for adults and another for children. Satelite TV House cleaning done twice per week and linen changed once per week.

The Algarve region
The Algarve located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europe’s best golf courses (20+), “Monchique” moutain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter. Although the Algarve is well know for its “sun and sea” offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15 Km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, wich was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering. Albufeira town with the Marina is 10 Km around, 10 min. drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon- Sun until 12.00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants, only 15 min. drive. Zoomarine Park (sea life): 15 mi. Drive; Two watershide Park: 15 and 20 min drive. Horse riding over the sand dunes: 15 min. drive; Water sports & jet ski one Galé Beach, etc Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira Marina just 10 min drive; Krazy world (zoo & mini golf): 20 min. Drive; River trips, Jeep Safaris, sea day trips with barbecue on a secluded beach.

Albufeira / Branqueira area
The house is located just east of Albufeira close to Balaia Golf Course, Sta. Eulalia and the bustling fishing village of Olhos da Água.
Balaia Golf Course is a few minutes by car down the road. For those of you who enjoy other sport then tennis is available nearby at Quinta da Balaia and horse riding at Vale Navio.
The beaches at Albufeira, Sta. Eulalia, Olhos de Água and Falesia are a short drive. At many of these beaches there is a variety of water sports on offer.
There is an abundance of restaurants and bars in Albufeira with something to suit all tastes. Olhos de Água also offers a good choice. A bit further along the coast you will come to Vilamoura (about 15 minutes driving) which hosts 5 award winning golf courses. Here there is also a lively marina with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and where you can pick up many water borne day trips e.g fishing and sailing.
How to get there
A number of cheap airlines are now flying to Faro.
Take a look at www.skyscanner.net and this compares all prices for the cheap airlines such as Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Monarch, Flybe, Jet2, etc.
From Faro the house is approximately a 40 minute drive.
Car hire is the easiest option.
Alternatively, if you do not want to drive from the airport, we can arrange an airport transfer and then have a car delivered to the house
