Kimberley is a stunning five bedroom villa set in a residential area of Praia da Oura yet within an easy stroll to the various attractions of “The Strip”.
Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room in the west wing and two further twin bedrooms and one smaller double bedroom sharing a separate shower room and WC
The living/dining room is very spacious with a ceiling fan and French doors lead from this to a covered terrace and the pool area. The villa has satellite television and clients are asked to bring their own Sky card. There is a video player, DVD player and music centre. There is a large open fireplace for the colder winter months.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher amongst its appliances. A door leads out onto the large terrace which has a built-in barbecue, ideal for eating al fresco.
The pool area is absolutely stunning and set in established gardens that enjoy areas of seclusion. The lawned gardens surrounding the villa also have areas for sunbathing and natural shade from mature trees.
The villa is set in a quiet residential area so is ideal for peace and relaxation yet a short walk away from Praia da Oura’s Strip. Here you can find a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. The beach is a short walk away with a multitude of water sports available. Albufeira and its beautiful Old Town is a short five minute drive or a brisk stroll away
Linen and towels are provided although clients are requested to take their own beach towels. Maid service is provided through the week

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve benefits from a wonderful climate being hot and sunny throughout the majority of the spring, summer and autumns, but retaining a cooling breeze from the Atlantic.
In winter it is generally a good deal warmer than the UK and can be positively hot by our standards, but can get quite chilly, particularly in the evenings.
Albufeira / Montechoro area
The Algarve is famous for its golf courses, beautiful coastline and beaches. The nearest golf to the villa is the course at Salgados that is just a few minutes away. The choice of beaches is endless, from long sandy stretches backed with dunes to small rocky coves, some with little beach bars where you can have a leisurely lunch of barbecued sardines with a glass or two of local wine. There is a famous wetlands nature reserve nearby with an array of beautiful birds.
There are some exciting water slide parks within a five minute drive as well as the famous Zoo Marine with its wonderful dolphins. Zoo Marine is one of the only venues in Europe where you can swim with the dolphins.

How to get there
British Airways and TAP are the scheduled airlines which fly to the Algarve and there are many chartered airlines, including Easyjet which fly there as well.
