It also boasts a twin bedroom and sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for families, couples, friends looking for the perfect holiday base to relax and have fun with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The newly built complex of Encosta Sao Jose was completed in 2009, by a well known constructor who has built many sound complex's in and around the Algarve. Its privately owned, bright and safe apartments are built on just two floors set in secure gated, spacious and nicely lawned grounds. It sits in a sunny, prime and quiet location but, close to all amenities making it perfect for holidays. Benefiting from a large communal pool and separate children's pool and play equipment, beautiful olive garden, open communal bbq area. It is a secure condominium with plenty of outside space for children to run around and adults to relax and have fun.

All Premier Algarve Rentals properties are subject to no smoking and no pets. The property may reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%. Final payments must be received eight weeks prior to your arrival or at the time of booking of your arrival date is within this period. Properties are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and the appropriate payments made.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

There are about 100 sandy attractive beaches washed by the Atlantic Ocean and due to the maritime shelf and water currents the sea temperature can be often be surprisingly warm even in some of the winter months. Located on the tip of Europe with the vast ocean of the Atlantic as its southern and western border, this enviable position gives this region possibly the most unpolluted climate in the European continent.

The interior from the coast greatly varies in its picturesque appeal due to its variety of fauna, soil and contours.
Many delicious mouth watering restaurants both international and local can be found everywhere in the Algarve catering from very inexpensive to the most discerning pocket.

In January and February the coast is painted white with almond blossom shading the many varieties of wild orchids. In March, the heady perfume of orange blossom mixes with the bloom of acacias. During the month of April the bountiful wild flowers give cause to the delightful music of the many colourful birds. May and June is the time to see the raw beauty of the striking bare barks of stripped cork trees in contrast to the palette purple of the jacaranda. July is the time of cherries, strawberries and melons. August and September provide the picking of grapes, figs and almonds. November is for the gathering of chestnuts for the national festival of São Martinho. December it is time to start picking the famous sweet juicy Algarve oranges which continue through to March.

View the Atlantic from Sagres, mainland Europe's most south-westerly village, and stand on Portugal's western most point at Cape St Vincent. Visit the site of the first African slave market in Lagos and stroll though the picturesque fishing village of Tavira.

The Algarve is also widely renowned for its superb selection of championship golf courses, with the Portugal Masters now held annually at Vilamoura. Dotted all along the coast, you'll find courses on a range of terrains, from the coastal Salgados Golf Club to the championship courses of Quinta do Lago.

The Albufeira / Vale de Parra area

Encosta Sao Jose is located in the Vale de Parra region around 4kms west of Albufeira also close to Armacao de Pera, meaning that its location is central to all attractions including superb sandy and rustic large beaches perfect for coastline walking among the caves,The kids will love dipping their nets into the large shallow rock pools the tide leaves behind. From the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches of Castelo, Evaristo, Sao Rafael, Coelho and Lourenco with plenty of florals and fauna, watersports, beach side cafe's and little shops.

The immediate area has afew nice little bars and water holes but, you may have to venture out a little futher for the more lively bars and clubs.
You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to eating out, this area is laiden with mouthwatering traditional and international cuisine from the sea food of Gale to the traditional famous Piri-Piri chicken of the village of Guia from buffets to the Indian and Chinese and English roast dishes in Albufeira your cravings will be catered for.

This apartment is located just five minutes’ drive from the beach 5 minutes from two of the main holiday towns Albufeira and Armacao de Pera which hoast local markets, street entertainment, sand art, lively festivals and yearly carnival.
