This is a mature villa with pool located in a pleasant and quiet residential area. The two double bedrooms have a west facing balcony with great sea view towards the old town of Albufeira.
This villa is perfect for all ages, but especially for those that don´t want to drive as you can easily reach Albufeira Old Town or Oura beach area within a few minutes walk. The nearest supermarket is only 400 metres away, you will find a restaurant just within 100 metres away from the villa, family bars are also within easy distance, as well as souvenir shops in Praia da Oura and Montechoro area. This location is also perfect for those looking for the excellent nightlife of the Strip or Albufeira Old Town. Both areas are only 15 minutes away (walking).

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is Portugal´s southernmost region, blessed with an almost tropical climate. It´s well known for its golf courses, for having many attractive fishing villages, and, of course, for the seafood, which is delicious. The temperatures get very hot in June, July and August, but the heat is not overpowering. The climate remains warm in Spring and Autumn, and over winter you get warm days, but the nights are noticably cooler.
Albufeira / Areias Sao Joao area
Albufeira is a beautiful town bursting with character, full of tiny whitewashed houses with terracota roofs, narrow cobbled streets. Each pedestrian street offers a selection of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, late night boutiques, music bars, etc.
Praia da Oura is more lively, cosmopolitan, family friendly with the gorgeous Oura Beach just down at the foot of a steep hill.
For day time and nightlife you have the bustling streets of Montechoro, Praia Da Oura and Albufeira that are situated only a few minutes away from the villa.
In the neighboring beaches there is a variety of water sports available, as well as enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and bars.
The shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” is situated in Guia which is approx. 15 minutes away, as well as the famous theme park Zoomarine which is open all year around and not to be missed for families.
There is a huge choice of water parks across the Algarve, such as the Aquashow situated in Quarteira, Aqualand, in Alcantarilha and Slide & Splash in Lagoa. They are usually open during the months of June to September.
Inland you will find a number of typical picturesque villages that are well known for their traditional restaurants and cuisine.

How to get there
Cheap flights are available from EasyJet and Monarch. Fly to Faro International Airport and Albufeira is only 35 minutes drive. Taxis can be arranged to collect you at the airport and take you to the villa, and this can be pre-paid. Depending on how you get to the Algarve, you will be provided with driving directions for you to drive to the property.

Further details indoors: Casa Monteiro has a living room with easy-going, simple designs, and has an archway between the lounge and dining area. Patio doors open onto a shaded terrace that has a built in barbeque and a couple of steps down to the main sun patio and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped, and all three bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. The two doubles have a stunning view over Albufeira and the sea. All three bedrooms have a private balcony. There is also a roof terrace which is a great sun trap (and has marvelous sea views as well), but it be locked for bookings with children (walls height under 1Metre).
Further details outdoors: Outside you will find a wonderful swimming pool (8M x 4M; depth ranges between 0.9M and 2.5M). The built in barbeque is very practical due to its proximity to the dining area and kitchen. There is also a small but well maintained garden, with lawn, buganvilias and a palmtree, as well as parking spaces for 2 cars.

Prices includes maid service, as well as a 24h on call emergency service. A local representative will also visit you to ensure you are getting the most out of your holiday.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The final balance is due 1 month before the arrival date. Cheques (Euros and Pounds) are accepted. Payments can also be done by bank transfer. A refundable damages deposit of 100 pounds or 150 Euros is required.
