Completed in 2006, the apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and has an excellent selection of entertainment for the family, including piped music throughout with individual controls in the bedrooms and living room. This beautifully furnished first floor apartment is situated in a new complex, in a peaceful and relaxing setting, yet within easy walking distance of the main hub of Albufeira. The main bedroom and living room lead out onto a long balcony with outdoor table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool.
The apartment is situated just a 5 minute walk to the main street of Albufeira, 10 minutes walk to The Strip and 20 minutes to the Old Town, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within easy reach. The nearest beach is 800m away. 30 minutes to Faro Airport.

Albufeira is close to Vilamoura and is great for sports enthusiasts and golfers with its fantastic cosmopolitan marina.

Many large shops nearby. Albufeira old town is 6 minutes in a taxi (3.25E). Further details There is the Zoomarina situated in Guia (About 15 mins by car or free coach). The theme park features dolphin and tropical bird shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens. Three large water parks available by free bus service. Albufeira has all manner of water sports, which encompass: safe bathing, surfing, sailing, water skiing, wind-surfing, fishing, snorkelling and diving. Great nightlife and ideal for short breaks at any time of the year.

"I'll start off by saying that the place we stayed was incredible and we would definitely consider returning. We especially enjoyed the tasteful decor and amenities that the apartment offered. I can you tell as a Canadian that Portugal and specifically the Algarve does not receive the attention that they deserve. There is an untapped market and if Canadians begin to realize the affordiblility compared to Carribean locations there will be an explosion of attention, As for the apartment, it was equipped with everything we needed so I don't have anything to add from that standpoint. The bathroom was magnificent and just another part that stands out of the overall good taste that went into desiging it .
