Peaceful but only 5 minutes drive to beaches, shops, market and busy nightlife of Albufeira. Shopping centre 5 minutes drive.Villa Ania's Chill Out Bar Area with your own beer barrels and dispensers.

Located just a 5 minutes (Villa isolated with alarm and securty cameras, high wall and automatic gate.) drive from the beaches, Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping with cinemas, Old Town, Strip, market, shops, supermarket and marina. The property is completely private with a large garden with plenty of space for children to play, games room with pool table, ping-pong table, gambling table, football table, mountain bike (free), Chess table, Playstation, game of arrows, TV LCD satellite, books. Villa with air-conditioning and private heated pool (for sole use of guests with length:12m x 4.5m and depth: 0,90 x 2.20mts) and Jacuzzi (spa), sauna, gymnastic area, relaxing massage and cook in the Villa. With Coverpool (the pool coverage to protect them from ultraviolet rays and also provides security for their children, closing the coverage they will not enter the pool without your permission). Faro Airport 30 minutes. Car hire is recommended but not essential. We can assist in all your transportation needs. Airports, beaches, nights out, tours etc without you having the worry of driving. Just ask and we will assist. Also, we rent a Volkswagen transporter 2.4, diesel, air conditioning,9 places by better price.
Distances
From the villa there is easy acess to the E125, which runs the length of the Algarve giving benefit of all the attractions of the Algarve: 5 theme parks (Splash and Slide, Aqualand, Wet and Crazy World and Zoo Marine - the dolphin show is excellent!). The Algarve Shopping centre is a 5 minutes drive with its hypermarket, boutiques and numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisine and multiscreen cinema providing most films in English.

To secure your booking dates 25% is required. Balance is to be paid 10 weeks before your arrival date. We will require breakage deposit of €1000(24 people) and €1500 (up 31 people)refundable before leaving. We acept payment: Transfers bank or Paypal .

Deposit security: Payment can be made by transfer bank or by paypal 10 weeks before your arrival.

Cancelaton Policy:
Upon payment of guarante, te custmer has a period 7 days for cancelaton. At te end of tat period, te amounts paid relatng t reserves, wil not be returned.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The city of Albufeira was known by the Arabs as the "Castle of the Sea" (Al-Buhera was its name in the 8th century), because of its lofty position overlooking the sea and its apppearance of a natural amphitheatre. Remaining from the period of the region's Moorish occupation are its narrow streets, the old castle and the very white houses with their arches. What remains from the city's longstanding fishing tradito and its prosperous fish export industry is Praia dos Pescadores (the fishermen's beach), with its brightly-coloured boats that are used for taking tourists to see the fabulous caves along the coast. Nowadays, Albufeira and its municipality are onde of the country's main tourist centres, with roughly trirty kilometres of coastline and over twenty beaches. Although the municipality's tourist facilities and its nightlife are perhaps the most famous in the Algarve.

“An amazing place to spend time with friends.” I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Ania last year. Myself and 15 friends chose the villa as our destination of choice, based on its suitable size and the great facilities it had to offer. Villas of this size with so much to offer are really hard to come by. This was our first group holiday, and we never dreamed it could be so good. From the moment we arrived in Faro airport, to the minute we departed, Bete and Paulo ensured our stay was a fantastic one. They were always on hand whenever we needed them, around the clock. Whether it be giving us lifts to the local shops, picking us up from nights out, offering advice on the local area or changing the barrel of beer! They really made us feel at home and ensured that our holiday was an extra special one. The villa itself is great. It's got everything you need for a good time and more. There is so much to do that we actually spent more time at the villa than anywhere else! I think the pictures of this place really do speak for themselves. I still remember the excitement in everyone when we first arrived, and the disappointment when we had to leave. It's no surprise that we have already booked to go back next year!

“PLEASE NOTE - Villa Ania caters for all large groups - Families / Stag & Hen parties.” It's isolated villa so whoever is in the villa it's there to themselves. I would go back with the family with the kids etc and would return with a stag party it's that good. I would like to say thank you to Bete for welcoming our stag party of 25 lads. The Owner - Bete is the owner and could not have done anything more for group. Bete was involved from booking over email / PayPal to collecting our party from the airport to the villa to taking to the supermarket for food and drink to ordering in barrels of san Miguel (Stags please do this makes life so much easier / Aprox 50 + pints per barrel.) Then taking us to the strip / bars (10 mins drive) and even available to collect in the early hours. Also providing a BBQ with chef for our group - Perfect. We were a typical stag group and at times were very load and in the early hours and never had a complaint. Very nice owners The Villa It has anything and everything you want for a good break - the pool and Jacuzzi were superb. The sauna, 5 a side football pitch went down a treat. The cinema room with large screen TV was great we took some films with us and had an inbetweeners hour in the morning while people were waking up. English channels good too (watching match of the day). It has great ipod docking station and the music system is quality, provided a proper quality atmosphere inside and outside.. It has plenty of things to make a good atmosphere pool table, table tennis. For the other types in the group it has plenty of areas to chill and relax. There is a large deposit of 600e. Although once split its around £25.00 pp of which you should get back. This only demonstrates the quality of the villa. Thank you again Villa Ania / Bete you were so helpful and honest and made our trip one to remember. I like to think we will return as a group families or stag. party. Nathan

“Amazing holiday!” Just had our second holiday at the Villa! As returning customers we were offered a discount! Beatiful place, good location, great service! All our needs were accomodated and the personalised service that we received was not offered anywhere else! We were taken care of so well that we are def coming back for a 3rd time next year!

“Absolutely the best family holiday(s) we have ever had. Superb facility.” We have booked 3 family holidays at this Villa for 10 people aged at the time between 9yrs old and 70 years old. This Villa is about 10 mins easy drive to Alberfuria town and its very private with fabulous room for large groups, families as there is so much to do. Money has been heavily invested in improving the facilities year on year (2008-10). The family that run the Villa are so extremely good and understand what makes a family holiday tick as they cater for young kids, moody teenagers (ha ha) and us mid 50ers with older parents. We had magical holidays there over 3 years.

“Absolute Paradise!” I booked Villa Ania for my hen party for myself and approximately 15 other ladies. Firstly, this property is breath taking. Its set apart from the hustle and bustle therefore guaranteeing us complete privacy. Secondly the space, the facilities and the cleanliness is second to none! We had such a fantastic time and simply cannot wait to return. The owners made the stay so pleasant and were on call whenever needed! Furthermore the booking process from start to check out was so simple and made my whole experience just perfect! Cannot wait to return!

“Amazing Holiday and Fabulous House Accommodating our Family!!!” We stayed at Villa Ania in April 2012, the house was exemplary, the facilities the house has accommodating young to old, we loved the fact that the pool has a cover so that it can be used in good or bad weather plus it ensured safety for our little ones. We were married while staying at Villa Ania and had our wedding party back at the vIlla, Bete and Paulo provided catering and did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we would definitely return.
