With Coverpool (The pool coverage to protect them from ultraviolet rays and also provides security for their children, closing the coverage they will not enter the pool without your permission) .Located just 5 minutes drive from the beaches, Zoomarine, Shopping Algarve with cinema, Old Town, Market, Shops, Supermarket and Marina. The property is completly private with a large garden with plenty of space for children to play, games room with pool table, ping-pong table,gambling table, game of arrows,play station, Tv LCD satelite, books; Villa with air/cond and private heated pool (For Sole Use of Guests with 12x4.5 m) and Jacuzzi (SPA). From the villa there is easy acess to the E125, which runs the length of the Algarve giving benefit of all the attractions of the Algarve: 5 theme parks (Splash and Slide, Aqualand, Wet and Crazy World and Zoo Marine - the dolphin show is excellent!). The Algarve Shopping centre is a 5 minutes drive with its hypermarket, boutiques and numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisine and multiscreen cinema providing most films in English.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The city of Albufeira was known by the Arabs as the "Castle of the Sea" (Al-Buhera was its name in the 8th century), because of its lofty position overlooking the sea and its apppearance of a natural amphitheatre. Remaining from the period of the region's Moorish occupation are its narrow streets, the old castle and the very white houses with their arches. What remains from the city's longstanding fishing tradito and its prosperous fish export industry is Praia dos Pescadores (the fishermen's beach), with its brightly-coloured boats that are used for taking tourists to see the fabulous caves along the coast. Nowadays, Albufeira and its municipality are onde of the country's main tourist centres, with roughly trirty kilometres of coastline and over twenty beaches. Although the municipality's tourist facilities and its nightlife are perhaps the most famous in the Algarve.

A whole range of excursions and leisure activities can be booked locally with owner (jeep tour, fishing, scuba-diving, biking trail and walking). Distances of the Golf (dive): Of the 20 + Algarve golf courses the nearest are: Salgados (18 hole) - 10minutes. Vale de Milho (9 hole) - 10min. Pinta Pestana (18 hole) - 15 min. Gramacho (18 hole) - 15 min. Morgado (18 hole) - 15 min. Balaia (9 hole) - 15 min. Pine Cliffs (9 hole) - 20 min. And many more are within 25 minutes drive of the villa (Vilamoura or Vale Lobo).

To secure your booking dates 25% is required. Balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. Changeover day is flexible. The schedule of entrance in the Villa is after to 2:00 p.m. and exit of the Villa is until 10:00 am. We will require a security deposit of £300 refundable an week after your return. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Air conditioning - £145 per week. Pool heating more jacuzzi - £120 per week. Only jacuzzi- £80 SAUNA IS FREE (NOT FOR PROMOTION OF THE WEEK) Air cond. more heated pool and jacuzzi- £245 MOUNTAIN BIKE IS FREE For longer stays or winter long lets please call us for a haggle on the price!
Conditions
Changeover day is flexible. The schedule of entrance in the Villa is after to 2:00 p.m. and exit of the Villa is until 10:00 am. Prices per week. Welcome Pack on arrival. The grounds are large and enclosed by hedges making it a secure place for children to play. Towels (for use in Villa) and linen included. Linen changed weekly. Maid service once a week.
