Set in the prestigious, highly desirable,residential area of Albufeira with breathtaking countryside views, Villa Luxo offers top class luxurious holiday accommodation which has been designed with the large family or multifamily occupancy in mind. Villa Luxo offers an abundance of space for entertaining and relaxing in mind. With expansive areas both inside and out, it also includes several quiet spots too. It is conveniently located within reasonable walking distance of the town of Albuferia or if you prefer there is local amenities including bar, cafe and shop within the immediate proximity.

There are 2 furnished double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a further 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Two bedrooms on the top floor each have their own balcony one which overlooks the pool. Kids bedroom has TV which has a built in DVD. Living area has 3 setees and a sound system. The pool area has 12 sunloungers and a gazebo with table and chairs. There are also chairs and a table provided in the barbecue area. The villa also includes a well equipped modern gymnasium set within the garage of the villa.providing guests with the option to work out in the privacy of their own place.There is also a multi facility games table for pool and table tennis.

There are large private gardens with various palm trees scattered round which are maintained weekly.

Please ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during your holiday and be extra careful with balconies and swimming pools etc.Parents are responsible for the action of their children at all times.
You must pay a deposit of £100 per person when you book,the remaining balance must be paid 10 weeks before departure.Cheques accepted if paid more than eleven weeks before departure.
