South facing T2 (sleeps 6) apartment is situated on the beautiful Complex of ‘’Clube Albufeira’’ close to the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman’s Beach. The apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and includes 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 Bathrooms (one en-suite), with a small private balcony to the master bedroom. A fully fitted an equipped kitchen with Electric cooker, Washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster plus all kitchen utensils and linen. Large spacious lounge/diner with traditional Portuguese wood burner, dining table that seats 6 people, Satellite TV and a Sofa Bed. Patio doors lead straight out from the lounge onto a large south-facing balcony with patio furniture and pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. Close to the 3 large swimming pools, 1 Heated, pool bar and fabulous restaurant, which offers snacks & a full ‘A la Carte’ menu including Sunday lunch & weekly BBQ which is open all year round. The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Centrally located the apartment makes for an all year round holiday destination with something for everyone. The Algarve is very popular with English holiday makers with its all year round warm climate, beautiful Sandy Beaches and the charm of the Portuguese people. A trip to the Monchique mountain with its breath taking views and many natural Water springs, or maybe the Castle at Silves is a must. The markets of Quateira, Albuferia and Tavira are also popular with holiday makers.Fishermans beach is 2km away where you will find a variety of fine restaurants, Shops, bars cafes and plenty of amusement for children.For the golfers you are only 10 mins drive from Salgados and Balaia golf courses. Special Green Fees are also available for guests at Vila Sol, Pinta Gramocho and the Vilamoura courses. Players must have Soft Spikes and proper attire ( No T-Shirts)


Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

Fishermans beach is 2km away where you will find a variety of fine restaurants, Shops, bars cafes and plenty of amusement for children. There is a free shuttle bus service, which runs regularly to & from the centre of Albuferia. Local attractions including Water Parks, Zoo Marine and Boat Trips. Only 5 mins away is the popular ‘Algarve Shopping Centre with a number of designer shops, discount retail outlets, bowling, cinema and a host of international restaurants. The New Albufeira Marina is now open with a selection of shops and Cafes.


How to get there

Due to the huge amount of low Budget Airlines flying into Faro from many of the Major Uk Airports makes the Algarve a popular choice. Easy jet and Monarch are 2 of the cheapest and most frequent. The apartment is approx 40km from the Airport and can be reached in 25 mins.We can also arrange Airport Transfers which are approx €80 return. Taxis into the centre of Albuferia are approx €40.00euros.

Both bedrooms have 2 Twin Beds but can be moved together. We have an on site English speaking Property manager who is on hand to assist with any queries, provide Fresh Towels and will change Bed linen once a week. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but outside on the Balcony. Please bring own Beach Towels. South Facing Balcony with country views.

The complex has 3 swimming Pools soon to be 4 all within easy walking distance from the apartment. There is a children's play area, Mini Golf, Tennis and the use of all facilities at the Clube Albufeira Camping site opposite the complex. The 'O' Pavillhao Restaurant is in the heart of the complex and has a A 'La Carte menu and Bar snacks. They have a BBQ with live music once a week in the high season. They also offer Sunday Roasts!! Pool Table and a selection of Kids games are also available.Our own small on site shop which sells all essentials including English Newspapers and the larger Supermarket can be found across the road at the Camp Site. The complex also has a shuttle bus for Guests free of charge to Old Town and Beach. 24 hours Reception and Internet access.

Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Change over days is flexible and availability is all year. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. £150 deposit cheque against any damages payable 8 weeks before holiday and refunded within 14 days after holiday if all is well in apartment.
Prices inclusive of all utilities and club facilities. Small welcome pack can be provided, transfers available for 90 Euros return upto 4 people 110 Euros return 5+ People. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.
