These three brand new and modern villas are located on the main access road of Vale Parra, in a private condominium, only 5 minutes away from Albufeira and less than 3kms away from the beautiful beaches of Galé, Salgados and São Rafael. All villas have 3 ensuite bedrooms (one twin and two doubles). There is air conditioning in one of the ensuite doubles as well as in the lounge / dining room. The condominium has two barbeques, garden, garage, one adults pool and one children's pool . There are coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance.
Villas Norcas are only 5 minutes away from the Golf Course of Salgados and Albufeira Marina. The Algarve Shopping Centre is only a short drive away - on the way to this amazing shopping centre stop in one of the chicken piri piri restaurants in the town of Guia. Zoomarine theme park is also only a 5minute drive away. The Albufeira old town is approximately 7 kms in distance.

The Algarve region
The Algarve is well known for its golf courses and also for the many attractive fishing villages - and hence, of course, for the seafood, which is delicious. The Atlantic location means although very hot in June, July and August, the heat is not overpowering. The climate remains warm in Spring and Autumn, and over winter you get warm days, but the nights are noticably cooler.
Albufeira / Vale de Parra area
Vale de Parra There are beautiful sandy beaches in this area, such as Salgados or Galé. Both beaches have restaurants or coffee shops onsite, which are ideal for you relax whilst you view the sun going into the sea... Salgados 18 hole golf course is situated in one of the best-known regions of the Algarve, between Albufeira and Armação de Pera. It is already one of the symbols of the Portuguese golf. In fact, the proximity of the sea and the variety of lakes make this a very interesting test of golfing skills, different to other courses in the Algarve. Albufeira is within a 5 minute drive and offers a variety of different restaurants, snack bars, bars and great shops.
The cobbled streets of Albufeira offers a mixture for all ages if you like to pass the time in a coffee shop people watching its ideal or if you are a night bird and enjoy the night life, this is the place to be!
How to get there
Cheap flights are available from EasyJet and Monarch. Fly to Faro International Airport and Vale de Parra is only 40 minutes drive (approx. 40 kms). Taxis can be arranged to collect you at the airport and take you to the villas, and this can be pre-paid. Depending on how you get to the Algarve, you will be provided with driving directions for you to drive to the property.

Further details indoors: Each one of these three tastefully designed villas have two doubles and one twin bedroom. There are two ensuite shower rooms, one full bathroom and one WC. The two doubles are located on the first floor and have one balcony each. The twin is on the ground floor. Downstairs you will find the hallway, kitchen, WC and lounge / dining area. The lounge and dining area is spacious and has satellite TV and air conditioning. All rooms of the villas have double glazed windows. All kitchens are fully equipped with electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, iron and ironing board.
Further details outdoors: There are two shared swimming pools (one splash pool and a main one for adults), as well as two shared barbecues. Outside each detached villa there are table and chairs, as well as sunbeds. All villas have garage access. This private condominium entrance has electric gates, and is located opposite the reception of apartments Jardins Vale de Parra.

A 25% non refundable deposit to make reservation. The balance is due 1 month before your date of arrival. A refundable damage deposit of 200 Euros is required to be paid with final balance (providing there is no damage, or breakages, this will be returned to you or destroyed). Payments can be made by cheque, paypal account or bank transfer.
