This attractive modern villa is situated in Vale de Parra, 8 kms west of Albufeira and 2kms. from Gale Beach. There are many local restaurants, some within walking distance. It is set in its own large garden, surrounded by fields and vineyards, and has a large feature barbecue and a delightful circular swimming pool linked by a shallow channel to a separate children's pool. Excellent golf, watersports and water slide parks are all available locally. An ideal family villa.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, stretching from the resorts of Faro, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the East, through to the beautiful and historic town of Lagos in the West. The golfing haven of Vilamoura and the resorts of Albufeira, Vale de Parra and Carvoeiro are also very popular locations, with all of the Algarve enjoying access to wonderful beaches, world-class golf, excellent restaurants and shopping.
Albufeira / Vale de Parra area
The Vale de Parra region is located around 4kms west of Albufeira and combines all aspects of a holiday you could ask for. Vale de Parra has superb sandy beaches ranging from the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches at Castelho. There are many excellent restaurants and the small town of Guia, close to the villa, is famous for its choice of restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets. Sporting facilities are plentiful, including golf at Salgados, and there are waterslide parks and the Zoomarina within the area. Albufeira itself is a bustling resort with an excellent sandy beach. The centre retains its traditional character and there is a wide choice of nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants.
