Located in quiet Sao Rafael, this beautiful villa stands in large, well maintained gardens.

The property has been designed with spacious rooms and is furnished to a high standard throughout while outside the large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and lawn. Al fresco dining is a pure pleasure with the warm evenings and beautiful sunsets.

The pretty beach of Sao Rafael is just a short walk away together with a small selection of restaurants and bars.

The property has got a living/sitting room, open fire, terrace door, satellite TV, deluxe kitchen, dishwasher, micro wave, washing machine.

There are 4 bedrooms( 2 double in suite with private bathroom each and 2 single beds) and terrace/ balcony.

3 bathrooms totally all with bath, bidet, toilet.

Enjoy the large roof terrace with splendid views on the 1st floor and the open poolside shower.

Further details

Your accommodation is clean upon arrival.

Linen, towels and bath towels are available and will be replaced once a week. There will be cleaning during your stay ( 2 times a week).

We kindly request you to leave the house the way you would expect to find it.

Extras:
- An extra bed is possible under the extra amount of 70,00€ per week
- Placing of a baby bed is possible (free), free standing fan ( on July and August month);
- Towels of pool are provided but under an 20,00€ deposit refundable.

Conditions

The payment must be:
30% deposit on the reserve( not refundable);
70% a week before the arrival.
It will be requested on the deposit amount reserve a caution for damage in the amount of 150,00€ refundable.
The way of payment will be agreed and provide the details on the confirmation reserve.
