Your accommodation is clean upon arrival.
Linen, towels and bath towels are available and will be replaced once a week. There will be cleaning during your stay ( 2 times a week).
We kindly request you to leave the house the way you would expect to find it.
Extras: - An extra bed is possible under the extra amount of 70,00€ per week - Placing of a baby bed is possible (free), free standing fan ( on July and August month); - Towels of pool are provided but under an 20,00€ deposit refundable.
Conditions
The payment must be: 30% deposit on the reserve( not refundable); 70% a week before the arrival. It will be requested on the deposit amount reserve a caution for damage in the amount of 150,00€ refundable. The way of payment will be agreed and provide the details on the confirmation reserve.
